Yeah, him getting sloshed on camera making no money at all, talking about things he hates (muh Trump/Biden and guns) sounds awful - like not even simply not fun at all, but anyone that can recognize an addict in denial would never want to watch this for any reason other than some sort of clinical study.

If the superchats he's actually responding to are representative of his "engagement," his viewers range from concerned to openly contemptuous. I wonder how many of the "concerned" viewers actually even are concerned at this point, because he's made it clear he has no intention of pulling up. Dude, I know you would like him to go back to long-form legal content but, in case you haven't noticed, he lacks the physical and mental capacity to pull it off.
To get more granular here, he was admitted to the bar on 5/8/15, and between then and November of 2018, he was the attorney of record in no more than 28 extremely low end criminal cases. We're talking like traffic tickets and misdemeanors mostly.

I wouldn't recommend anyone here intervene of course but if he was like my neighbor or the parent of my child's classmate for example, I might consider it. Both parents are heavily abusing substances and I could easily see them driving drunk with the kids in the car, or hell, the older kids could even get into their drug/pill stash. Kids at my high school would steal pills from their parents and pass them out. The situation is probably fairly dire for those kids, or will be very soon. Nick is completely incoherent most of the time and is letting other weirdos like Aaron presumably have easy access to his children. It's a recipe for someone to get molested.
The absolute nicest and most lenient explanation I can think of they haven't personally ever had the experience of dealing with a friend or family member that had a destructive addiction, so they are currently in the denial stage. I've been there, so that's the most forgiving possibility to me.

I think the funnier alternative is that Nick really wanted to say Himedall recording his Locals fucked with him, but had a feeling that if he said that, Null would (correctly) point out that that's not touching the cow, and then Null would call him a fucking retard.
