There would have to be a contract, but it wouldn't exactly shock me if we're headed in that direction. Ethan's hatred of July has reached absurd heights.
It's worth remembering that Waid did more than the AP shit he got sued over. He also tried to poison the well with non-contractual shit, like Meyer simply attending conventions. That is what I was thinking of here more than the AP thing.
Through his words alone, Ethan is already more like Waid than anybody should feel comfortable with.
What would be really kino is if Zac actually told Ethan to fuck off for doing this. The dude has the attention span of a gerbil, so I'm not exactly holding my breath.

Unless he pointed out the fact that CG was also shitting all over Piskor, he's going with the same bullshit incomplete history that Ethan wants people to believe. The one where it was only the SJW side that bullied Piskor. The one that necessitated Ethan memory holing videos where he was also shitting on Piskor.
Like I say. Attention span of a gerbil. You really can't count on Zac to pay attention to these things.

Even funnier is that July was the first one to sell pre-graded books. I suggested that idea to Frog in this thread first years ago but he said he doesn't like slabs.

I wouldn't be surprised if he outright missed Ethan and whatnot going after Piskor. The guy does videos and stuff. But Zac doesn't seem to live online like we or other people do. Not even sure he has a Twitter account. So could be easy to miss EVS attacking unless Zac regularly checks out his streams.
Having said that, I'd be surprised if he is not at least aware of it now do to YouTube comments and whatnot. So may get to look forward to a video on that at some point.
Eric wasn't the first. I recall Graham Nolen doing them maybe a year prior to when Eric started doing them. I'm with Ethan in not liking slabs, but it seems dumb to not do it since there seems to be a market for it.
