"Smoluch" I would translate to "tar baby" if we're going by context and not just 1:1 translation.

Uncle Ruckus was right, people just don't rotate their slurs enough. It's like relying on one antibiotic all the time, eventually there will be a black person that has evolved resistance to "nigger" and then what will people in Germany do?

English speakers can at least go for something like "coon" or "spearchucker", or even the subtle "cannibal" to mix things up. English might suck for expressing intangible concepts like love but when it comes to racial slurs, we're the GOAT.
