You know, months back, Nick mentioned family living in his other house. It was odd. At the time I just assumed he had some extended family making use of another home they owned while Nick and fam got to live in the trust owned McMansion.

Now that I’m nearly positive April is living with Nick, I wonder if Kayla stays in their old house and Nick in the other. They take turns with the kids, kids can stay the night with mom or dad depending on schedules and whatever.

Kayla might be ok with April living in the house with the family, but seems a big stretch. It would be different if she was just a friend who needed a place to stay during a divorce, but it would appear she is by Nick’s side 24/7.

The obvious severe drug and booze abuse is another reason Kayla would probably prefer to live separately from Nick. Unless she’s matching him drink for drink she’s not going to stick around if there’s another female enabler around to deal with him.

I don't know or really care about Monty's history but Nick called him a pedo, in several different ways for years, and refused to apologise or provide any proof.
All Nick had to do was say sorry and recant his claims, or provide undeniable proof, and this could've gone away.
Nick actively begged Monty to sue him (and provided ample evidence) because he thought he could grift off of it ala Vic, and is now finding out that he has no defense whatsoever and will have to pay Monty and refrain from calling him a pedo.
