Im sorry to sperg but people are starting to ignore that the 1000 calorie thing came out of Anisa talking about having an ED. This is obviously not formal, but in a lot of ED communities 1000-1500 calories is considered high restriction. It's absolutely do-able for a first-world female, especially if 99% of what she's eating is fat-free/reduced or straight-up fruits and veg. Ever heard of the entire bags of pasta made of vegetable fibre that are only 5 calories for the whole thing? Thats how they do it and feel normal. They also amp up on caffeine pills, coffee, or zero sugar energy drinks to feel normal sitting at their deskjobs.
