How is that not applicable to everything else in life? Everyone puts out a 'value' in what they do, how they act, who they associate with, what they own etc. Sure, being a streamer means that the people who put value on you are in very high numbers, but try being a musician or actor (lol or a comedian) and you'll find that the audience for those practices are FAR more fickle than the one streamers have to endure.

What's depressing about this statement is that it goes right along with the notion that Nick has given up. He kept saying while drunk 'who cares if I get drunk every day?', and that tells me that he just doesn't care anymore. It's likely that he's not long for this world.

There's something about Kino Casino that makes it easy to just completely turn my brain off and zone out, which is greatly appreciated after a day of meetings and putting out fires. The chat is spammy but I've seen it be capable of holding like 3 separate conversations together (one of Kick's only redeeming features is how well their chat highlights users and handles reply messages) in between new emoji bombs. New here, just came on to say that I watched Steel Toe's show on the issue and what he said about the kids doesn't *have* to involve crimes. I was a dumbass just like him and got into a bad situation with sex and drugs. The kids were never part of it but they hated being sat in room at the far end of the house watching movies alone when they were used to spending weekends with me doing activities.

Nobody knows the truth but I see a lot of my old self in SteelToe's story and am glad he was able to wake up to the BS.

As far as Nick, his story checks out about the constant drama. I lost interest when a) he showed himself to be a hypocrite about being a Christian and b) he would often say things along the lines of "all these *other* people are involved in the drama, I just stay out of it and laugh". I've known people like that in real life. They cannot conceive that they are part of the problem by egging on or causing the drama. Incapable of self reflection. Rekieta did not *become* this, he has simply stopped pretending otherwise, but thats probably old news and well known given the length of this thread.

As far as Steel Toe, I literally just learned of his existence but I know firsthand how you can accidentally turn doing the right thing into the opposite, and I respect that he admits his mistakes and is working to change them. Just my $0.02
