This is why keeping the sex trade legal will never work. I don't know much about psuedosurgery, but post-operative care likely leads to significant mortality and morbidity. I don't have numbers, but opioid addiction is likely a significant hit to average lifespan. It's pretty staggering. I'm sure that long-term management of inflammation with corticosteroids also does a number on those lifespans.

@Susanna I actually asked my coworker about it at work today and she told me that the meds she takes to prevent/lower her risk of getting cancer for a third time SAP calcium from the body and have led to osteoporosis. So the estrogen is related to slowing/stopping that along with supplements. Quick aside she said she hates the cocktail of pills but it's the only thing keeping her healthy, alive and overall happy.

I do also think this. I have listened to Buck Angel speak about her gender dysphoria and at least she actually attempted to live life as a butch lesbian for years and had a ton of therapy beforehand.

Buck now calls it “sex dysphoria” which makes more sense to me as to why someone would want to take cross sex hormones to alleviate it. She also admits it’s not a magic potion and she’s not now magically a male, she’s a female on testosterone. The fact that TRA’s and most trans people themselves conflate the terms sex and gender all the time really isn’t helping themselves.

I've been more and more curious about the nature of handmaidens and troon enablers. Lately I've been feeling the same way. It feels like for every victory or study that comes out (like the Cass review) TRAs just double down more. The only way for trans ideology to end is if the left itself does a complete purge of it, but for that to happen there would have to be a big cultural shift.
