Seems like the Troons friend knows the truth about the Gender Cult and is trying to be as polite as possible, but doesn't want the Troon near their kids because they know the Troon will be compelled to start grooming them.
The most pernicious thing about this social contagion, even more than the pro-ana craze that swept through teenage girls in the '90's- 2000's is that Troons are driven to spread it to others.
Whether thats because they are driven to commit ever more depraved acts to get off, or because they genuinely think dragging people into the Cult is "helping them" like a true fanatic, Troons cannot be trusted around children above all.

I have a personal theory that when one encounters a person they just don’t like, the kind of dislike when it’s not even anything the person has done or said, they just get on your tits, that it’s a phenomenal thing.

The US Army teaches and believes (or at least used to teach and believe) the sense of being watched should be trusted--and not because they buy into ESP or any spooky voodoo shit. The theory goes our senses take in an enormous amount of data, most of which our unconscious filters out as inessential, too insignificant to pass on to our higher functions. For example, you see beaten-down grass beside the trail, but it doesn't initially register as indication of a potential threat. You unconsciously notice other things later as you move along--the crack of a breaking branch in the distance, say. The cumulative effect of these signals makes you vaguely uneasy but you're not sure why. That feeling intensifies as evidence mounts and your mind starts putting it together.

To the point, when you encounter someone who instantly puts you off, there is a reason for it and the reason is sometimes valid even if you can't articulate what that something is with any exactitude. Trust your instincts.
