I'm not sure which will be funnier, seeing Nick on the docket to be in front of her or something happening that prevents an arraignment and them having to stay the holiday weekend. Some place will do an early Saturday if it's a long weekend, but this is a low pop rural county. A lot of employees may have even taken a 4 day weekend to kick off the summer and processing is slow. You do have a right to see a judge as soon as possible, so they shouldn't be able to just say fuck him.
