Nick is about as hard as a loaf of Wonder bread. Jail is going to be a bad enough for the libertine lawyer. Prison is just going to fuck him up. Smug tends to be appreciated by anything from a punch to the face to getting the gears run on his milky white ass. Hell, the popular prison pickup line will fuck Nick up.
Well nick is a lawyer, he might be able to get himself some protection by helping other inmates prepare their cases and file appeals and such.

In Nick's world all these mean criticisms within this thread ruined his life, when the worst thing a Kiwifarmer ever did to him was send a Sonichu Medallion.
did anyone even troll him before his recent drop off the cliff? i think for a while it was just some former fans politely saying they felt lied to and didnt like his new direction no? i think even in the most polite way possible not calling him a grifter just saying they think he presented differently and they dont like that they didnt think it was his true self or that he seems to want to pivot without addressing it.

I could see the courts having Nick serve the summer
i vote he gets 10 years hard labor so he can learn what an actual shitty situation to complain about is. send that nigger to the sheriff's plantation where his kind belongs.
I didn't even think about, who knows what illicit cocktail of coke and pills and whatever the hell else his body is craving for right now.
based i hope they station a cop to have all his addictions just out of reach, pulling it back whenever he gets close to a relieving sniff or injection while he and his fucked up retard brain slowly sizzles like a worm on the sidewalk.

cold sweats, shakes, and no way to deal with it.
Its prolly drug withdrawal on top of it too.
Judge Jennifer "Vagina Liquor" Fischer, retard, is presiding over all arraignment cases so far on the docket today. I'm not sure which will be funnier, seeing Nick on the docket to be in front of her or something happening that prevents an arraignment and them having to stay the holiday weekend. Some place will do an early Saturday if it's a long weekend, but this is a low pop rural county. A lot of employees may have even taken a 4 day weekend to kick off the summer and processing is slow. You do have a right to see a judge as soon as possible, so they shouldn't be able to just say fuck him.

Sean also brought up the point that a lawyer could theoretically call up a judge and get their bond set without an arraignment. Not sure the Hon. Jennifer Fischer would do that for Nick, however.

I'm now fully comprehending that it was death by a 1000 cuts.
Always is.
If there ever was a true forensic writeup on Nick I 'd love to know when the hard drugs entered the picture. Because it wasn't long ago that popular KF consensus that Balldo wasn't even sniffing coke, no it was just the modafinil!
I think when all of his alienating everyone truly started if I have my timetable right.
when the worst thing a Kiwifarmer ever did to him was send a Sonichu Medallion.
I mean, considering that is a cursed object and where we are now…

Looking back, it's probably some time before he started drinking more heavily. It would go some way to explaining his uptick in horniness and increasing willingness to be sexually provocative, and would also make sense given his expressed boredom with his streaming job. You don't bring a lockbox of cocaine to somebody's family home if you're new to the scene (unless you're autistic and lack social cues or something). It's quite possible that his alcoholism was a byproduct of using it to take the edge off or 'come down' off coke binges. In the last few months his missed streams and hour long bathroom breaks were probably him falling asleep from exhaustion then doing more coke to stay awake.

His withdrawal would be fucking brutal.

Legal Mindset actually brought up that Nick read the Farms a lot and he believed it did affect Nick more than people might think.
Well it was Nick's choice to take the insults in but ignore all the good advice.
I can't even imagine being so privileged to have thousands of people actually caring about my life so much they take time off their life to warn me against doing something wrong or tell me how to do it right.
Like, most people have family, friends, maybe some randomers online, or a therapist they have to pay - but then many people don't even have much of that, and they have to navigate through life not knowing how to do stuff. And they don't have financial security to keep a roof over their heads no matter what.
So if Nick was crying about someone calling him a cuck, whilst 50 other people at the same time were saying "he needs to get offline/get sober/whatever" - yeah, that's on Nick.
I joined here in late Feb this year, and even after all this bullshit there were still people HERE saying that he can still turn it around if he really tries, and then explaining step by step how.
Most people in the world world don't have that, they never get any good advice and just rawdog it and make mistake after mistake and try to learn from life. Nick was above it, cause he's better than us peasants who clearly know nothing and cannot be learned from - and hey look what happened heheheh

Every single time something like this happens it's great to go back to the beginning of the thread to re-read the optimism and positivity. "Oh it's alright, Rackets has a limit to his drinking during streams, it's fine, he's a good kinda-christian man who's supported his family through his law firm and is a bit cringey at worst."

Fast forward five years and here we are :story:

Assuming that any withdrawal he has doesn't kill him, a long weekend in lock-up will do Nick a world of good.
As for Judge Fisher, there's still the possibility that she doesn't know that Nick has been shit-talking her on the internet.

I mean, it honestly would affect anyone terribly. People on this are vile and it’s constant.

I think a lot of people that know Nick have said he reads the farms too much, even Josh and people on the farms.

There’s a reason the smart streamers don’t read negative shit. It fucks with people real easy. And can be real bad.

hahaha.

Imagine him reading his thread, seeing random users and anime pfps calling him a faggot and drunk, all while he's sipping his whiskey while seething so much he's twitching.

What a winner. Truly worthy of the title LawPope.

Oh wait, that's all impossible. He said he didn't care - case closed.

I have a theory on what may have happened, could be completely wrong but time will tell.

I believe that Aaron called CPS on Nick imminently after April left him for the Rekieta's. Now, I don't know how fast CPS works in America, but assuming that its like most countries, its a very slow process. And during the process, Aaron may have been collecting video evidence from the streams, and possibly the last stream that Nick did was the one that final got CPS to act on it.

It makes sense in a time line and how it didn't appear on any police scanners since CPS and FBI don't appear on those same scanners, and with how long must government bodies take and assuming that CPS needed more proof since all they're seeing on the front page is that Nick runs a 'successful' business, owns his own property, goes to church and well received in the community. But after that little stunt of a stream, drunk as fuck, speaking complete gibberish and how his nose seemed to get whiter and more nasally sounding, its going to bring up very big red alarms. It doesn't help to with how Aaron is acting, from one extreme "I feel really bad for the guy!" to "He did drugs in my house where my kids are! I wanted to beat the shit out of him!" I mean, fair enough, he did supposedly leave some coke on the couch your 4 year old sat, but its okay to do it at their house where they have 5 kids running around and obviously you can't keep an eye on all 5 at the the same time.
Hopefully the Bodycam footage comes out soon, since it will clear it up.

But definitely going to pay attention to Aaron now, and see if his story changes. The second it changes, that alone is enough for me to believe he had a hand involved in this.

Aaron seems more and more like a rat that had the sense to flee a sinking ship. I'm not sure how much he can be believed. Even with how scummy and pathetic Rekieta is now, would he endanger another man's children with his drugs out of spite? If he's really that foul, I'm surprised this whole thing didn't blow up sooner.
I can believe the couch story based on the fact that it's perfectly in-line with how we know Nick behaves already. Someone who he sees as lesser to himself (which seems to be everyone besides Dick Masterson) tries to tell him to do something. Nick, being the spoiled child that he is, doesn't like being told what to do. So instead of respecting the boundary Aaron tries to set and not bring drugs into his home, he brings even more drugs and starts doing them all over the house without asking.
I don't think he'd maliciously try to endanger Aaron's kids out of spite, but only because they don't factor into the equation for him at all. Nick doesn't even give a fuck about his own kids, let alone someone else's.
