Oh it’s always drinking enough to kill the brain. It’s all on him. The drugs likely made it worse. It’s why I’m shocked he still fuctions and isn’t suffering actual memory loss.

Nick, Kayla, and April got arrested for drug possession and some kind of firearms charge. Last I checked they didn't have a bail set. I skimmed the thread when I got home late last night and didn't see anything further than that giving context as to what happened but may have missed something. Several people said they're putting in FOIA requests for the bodycam footage or whatever they can give to the public.

ETA: It now looks like it was based on a CPS call and documents were posted while i typed this lol. Rackets looked like he had a black eye in the mugshot so people theorized it was domestic related.
