I’ve been thinking about how he recovers from this (or if it’s even possible). It could be really tough depending on how things shake out.

Does he catch a serious/felony charge and do quite a bit of time?

Does he lose his law license?

Do his A-logs forget about him over time?

A lot of these make him unemployable in a traditional sense, and if he loses his law license then he is up a creek. I have no idea how one recovers from that. I guess he will just stream more but who the fuck except the biggest Nicksuckers would still watch and donate? I also think if he does this there will be a hurricane of comments in his chat that remind everyone about his child neglect and that he’s a piece of shit.

Losing his law license is a very real possibility, although some state bars will give you a "path of redemption" to have the license re-instated.

Will he do serious time? If it's just the drug possession charges, it's his first offense, he could get a deferred sentence, or plea down to a misdemeanor. If other charges come into light after further investigation, that could change. More than likely the kids will be removed from the home for a period of time and neither him or Kayla will have custody as all this works through the state's systems.

In terms of employability, if the felony charges stick, then yes, it will hurt his ability to work. Potentially may lose his ability to vote and lose his firearms (depends on how MN handles felons, each state is different). The real question, will he be in breach of contract with Rumble? Will he still have a contract and will he be able to stick to the terms when it comes to show schedules. If he sentenced a period of time in jail, then he can't stream any longer. I doubt he will serve any jail time though.

This will now lead to the question of the future of his online career. Grift a redemption arc or just double-down, because that's Nick's default behavior. His best bet? If he has any money left, stay offline, get healthy, get stable, get your house in order, and come back as a clean man... and do the hardest thing, come clean with his audience, apologize, and be transparent of his journey of recovery.
