Montey can still continue the suit with Rekieta in jail. The deposition will just have to be done their instead though. At the very least this guarantees rackets will make it to the deposition.

Well I was right about Nick experiencing multiple legal cases at once. Just got what the additional case would be wrong.
The smart thing to do right now is settle and focus on dealing with his criminal case.

I thought we were in for a treat when the docket showed she was doing arraignments that day and I was pretty disappointed when the waiting room showed the other judge. That all turned around when the clerk read out his next hearing. I was laughing so hard I didn't even see if Nick reacted to hearing her name.He's probably too busy laughing to type. Given Nick's current state, I have to assume that Judge Fischer is a responsible and adept legal mind (since he claims she isn't). Nevertheless, it must be a bit trippy to have both of these cases land on your desk.

MLS (lawtuber) said he found her to be a reasonable sound and level headed when her name got brought up during the arraignment. He's a Michigan lawyer, so I assume he looked cases she ruled on while taking a reading up on the defamation case.
