Minnesota Kiwi's, there are two things you must do.

There are possibly two recording files that you can obtain for a FOIA, but State based FOIA's need to be autistically written in a precise manner so the government can't pretend to know what you want. I am unfamiliar with Minnesota's rules, but the general thing to do is as follows.

You want the police interaction recordings from all officers on the scene in relation to case 34-CR-24-341, for the arrest of Nicholas Robert Rekieta, Kayla Rekieta, and April Imholte. You want the recording to include the time between 9AM and 11:30AM on May 23, 2024, which would be 13 Minutes before the search warrant was executed on Rekeita's house, and 30 minutes after Kayla was formally charged. Make sure you specify all recordings, as more then one officer was present. We especially want the recording from the guy who used the door ram.

The second thing you want is the interrogation video, if it exists, of his interrogation at the County Jail. It may also have been done by Detective Pomplun. This one may be a more difficult ask as its formal evidence and may not be releasable until after the case is closed.
