the thread moves so fast, so if this has been answered im sorry for asking.
for you junkies and ex-junkies, can i ask, is it common for user to keep drug scales? as a non user id associate those with dealers, they weight and measure out the drugs to sell. but someone just using them wouldnt be weighing out their drugs after they bought them and got home with them, would they? just seems odd to me that he would have drug scales if all he did was use and not sell.

even if his name wasnt mentioned, knowing how things go in small town churches i can guarantee you that the congregation either knew or would have suspected the pastor.
It’s the additional baggies that are suspect and suggest dealing, in my opinion. Having a scale to, for instance, weigh out mushrooms, is something I’ve seen.

Jaysus Christ he’s really going with nobody has the full story

Clips are spread out I really don't know where they are in this thread if they aren't easy to find in his thread, unfortunately. He also has done a number of streams and other people's streams himself. It's a mess.

Aaron said he had sex with 3 women in the last 6 months and implied one was Kayla and one was getting his dick sucked after April left or something like that. He said April would be down in the streaming room hanging out with Nick while he was upstairs with Kayla. He said they were messing around when she didn't like him in the hot tub stream. He said something like "How would you feel if your wife told another man they felt like they were his soulmate?". Pretty sure the soulmate thing was his morning stream after the pillstream because Nick had made some references to a Biblical story about a dude fucking another man's wife or something to that effect.

I do not recall a line about the best she ever had, but I haven't seen everything he's streamed.
Swingers gonna swing

Nick told the cops she is visiting them during the arrest. She probably told cops the half truth, that she is getting divorced and was staying there through difficult time, sob story partially correct. If they thought they could pin possession on her they asked prosecutor and he refused to charge her on paper thin circumstantial evidence alone. But I think they never even approached prosecution with April. The charges are for possessing - not consuming drugs somebody just throws at you. I don't think they have anything on her, unless Rekieta starts throwing her under the bus and lying that April was the one who supplied the drugs in part or in whole.

Reading between the lines of the arrest report, that's probably why Nick was willing to talk to the cops, specifically about who lived in the master bedroom. All the listed drugs were found in the master bedroom and master bathroom safes, none listed as being on anyone's person. It seems like he stonewalled them on other questions, which sounds like he was trying to convince them to let April off the hook.

Cops naturally arrested her at the scene to make sure, and the stories were probably close enough to warrant releasing her. If the search warrant was based around a child endangerment report it's unlikely to mention April, so unless they can prove a visiting guest had access to the safe, the possession charge looks extremely thin.

Speaking of which, how did the cops get access to the safes? Would a child protection search warrant cover that, and if not could the cops on the scene compel Nick to open them? It seems unlikely he'd comply given his attitude towards the door and the warrant.

This won't go to trial. The State has him dead to rights. Literally. Think about that term. Dead. To. Rights. He would be a fool to try and force a trial.
With how brazen he seemed in the vid earlier today and during the arrest (throwing the warrant on the ground like a petulant child) my money is Balldo giving us the trial of the decade.

Mark Groubert who is apparently an addiction specialist said he saw a stream from Nick from 2 years ago and thought he was "high as a kite" on stream with Robert Barnes.
It's almost like us social retards saw it only to be called 'incel prudes' by him and his 'friends.' Nick just wanted to have fun you guys!

Because they haven’t even been charged with child abuse. It’s possible info will come out and by august they will have but so far having a dirty house and a “child endangerment” charge that very well may end up not sticking doesn’t itself mean child abuse .
You can be registered as a child abuser without a conviction
