All depends just how sloppy, drunk, and rude he is in court. For a first piss test failure, total revocation of probation and the imposition of the underlying sentence is not usually the first resort. No, they'll start by scolding him harshly and putting stricter conditions on him; for instance, if he fails a test, he might be required to wear a GPS tether or an ankle bracelet that tests for the presence of alcohol in his blood in real-time:



It's when Nick then fails again, under these new, harsh conditions, that the real punishment will begin.
