The safety net of family friends and money Nick had are supposed to be used to make sure stuff like this doesn’t happen. And even Andy has his family. It says a lot that seeing Tardski’s family were more helpful than Nick’s.

Nick should be thanking God for the pastor for going ‘this needs to be done’ and calling this in. They are about the only caring person Nick has in all of this.
For many people it would be a wake-up call but it won't be for Nick. The way he viciously wishes death on others, mocks his own children, and talks about his wife's body after having children all just repeatedly demonstrate that he lacks empathy, and unless self-preservation kicks in, it won't matter how many people he disappoints or who plead for him to get well. He has mocked his fans/friends for many months now for daring to be concerned.

Future plans prediction,

His kids are long gone from either of these regards (lord willing), and thrive in the care of their grandparents who actually care and give a fuck about them

Nick and K (the worse one who obviously doesn't cook) only have each other and have to band together to keep sober to save the 50k and/or prison debts (though obviously they still slip throughout)

After 5+ years living through the criminal watch and punishment process, they realize stability in normality is actually a bless to most people on earth and having a steady family, a consistent income, and with children who you can love is the most anyone could ever wish for in this existence.

Realizing this, they reconnect with their own children who they've thus far abandoned, having to try to make amends day-by-day. Eventually, they somehow establish (though a small mimicry of what it could have been) a relationship with their own flesh and blood a long way down the line, and experience any connection with them as both of them age into their final years (with someone at least remembering them day-to-day, which they don't deserve but is a great blessing in old age). Thankful for this unearned chance, they have in their final memory their own children and the lucky moments they are given in their final life's moments to experience with them...

(or fuck you and me, he just goes back to streaming and drinking as much as he did before with no self-reflection at all... fuck it all, if this isn't the 100% choice/bed he chooses at this point, he has forced himself to lie in it. Fuckin, just get off the internet man)

Whatever you think of him, Warski showed more remorse, and demonstrated more resolve in self-improvement than what I think most people ITT expect Nick to.

For fuck's sake, even Ralph used to put out those faggy apology articles for letting down his audience when he had really embarassing moments towards the tail end of the Killstream's relevance. All we have from Rockieta is "Tee hee, just woke up what's going on, lol, jk wink wink!" and "nobody knows the full story or my truth in this case, stay tuned!"
Public apologies are inherently performative. I don't see how anyone would benefit from a public display of Nick's remorse. Anyway, he literally just got out of jail, he must be frantic, if I was in his shoes I wouldn't be able to self reflect without mentally breaking down. At the end of the day he is the man of the house and has to keep a level head. He just went through a traumatic event and his brain still needs to acclimate to the absence of the chemicals he was physically dependent on. I guess this is his way of coping.

Because yeah I'm sure the only reason you would think that the Rekietas were on drugs was because you read FanFic Farms and not because of the fact that they were on drugs, as evidenced by the discovery of the massive pile of drugs.
yeah this is the insane cope from the locals that drives me batty how "how do you know you weren't there" as if no one has ever come across a junkie or addict at some point in their life and know how they look and behave lmfao.

I'm assuming that wouldn't help in sentencing to just fess up and hope they're lenient because you didn't plea it down and just accepted responsibility and begged for mercy?
Correct, admitting guilt without a deal would do nothing unless the judge chooses otherwise, the facts of the case I doubt there would be sympathy. What he will do though is get ILC (treatment in lieu of conviction) you plead guilty and assume guilt as a plea deal. If you finalize the stipulated probation without issue the suspended conviction and the felony itself is dismissed and sealed. Essentially Nick and Kayla will admit their guilt for a second chance but if they fuck that up their guilty plea puts the ball in the court^2 to absolutely fuck them.

I went through this and it was a breeze, I was just a dumb college student and not a mid 40's father with a serious drug issue. I hope for his kids he can do it but I just don't know.

Found this article defining what an '8 ball' means as a unit of measurement. It helps give some context of exactly how much coke Nick had and also why the cops get so anal about relatively small amounts on measuring tools, money etc.

So if an 8 ball comes to 35 hits at 3.5 grams, that means the 26.6 or so grams recovered from Nick's house would give 266 hits. Split three ways among the three addicts of the house (Nick, Kayla and April) that's roughly 88 hits per person.

The reason why even .1 of a gram matters is that .1 is all you need to get high. One hit does the trick. Granted the effects are relatively short-lived (about 20-30 minutes from what I read online), so it's not uncommon for addicts to do multiple hits in a day after the effects wear off. But how many hits are normal in a given day?

Using this other article as a reference, we can also take a rough estimate of how much coke was being blown (no pun intended) every day by Lil Nicky and co.

If the average cocaine user in New York is using 172 grams per year, that averages out to about .47 grams a day. If we round that up to .5, and assume all three users at Nick's house were doing .5 grams a day, that comes to 1.5 grams a day, meaning that 26.6 grams at the house was enough to last for 17.7 days. That's over two weeks of daily cocaine use for three people.

Obviously this is all hare-brained math pulled from disparate sources with a lot of assumptions being made, but I think it still puts things in context. 26.6 grams is a worrying amount of coke to have in the house with children around and definitely isn't something you'd see from casual users.

No clue how much of this accurately reflects what happened at Nick's house. It could've been higher or lower for all I know. At any rate it was interesting to read into this and I hope you guys got something out of it.

Stop your noseguarding now, Nick has never been either intelligent or functional, it was all pure show
This is true. He thinks he is a genius. The reality is that he is low-grade midwit with a law degree from a no-name school. Like most men, his doting mother probably fueled his ego.

Andy also showed an uncharacteristic amount of contrition and self-reflection, and is, by his own admission much less responsible than Nick.
Of course he did. No money and very small network, if any, you are going to be forced to. Nick wasn’t forced to. Andy was.
No "we" did not feel that way about Andy. I've followed Andy here off and on since the days of Warski Live.
As have I. No one was expecting him to pull up. That’s why we we happy and amazed when he did.

Andy with none of the same level of safety nets as Nick was able to do it. Which is damming to Nick’s friends and family.
Andy got made fun of a lot for being a retarded stuttering cokehead, but even in his lowest low he was never as disgusting a piece of shit as Rekieta is now.
Think that was honestly he had less he could damage, one of the strange benefits of having badically no net, And not being the driving force snd provider for fsmily. Nick had further to fall as it were.
I am with those that say substance abuse enhances the worst characteristics of a person, but does not actually create those aspects. From that I can infer Andy is probably a better person at his core.
Even if he wasn’t a better person at his core, that’s what one of the things rehab is supposed to do. So Andy has certainly come out of things with with a stronger core than Nick has.

I go to do shit come back 200 pages holy fuck.
At least they let Jiub go when he arrived in Morrowind
Jiub also cleaned up fucking cliff racers and became a saint.
Just how much is 15 grams, exactly? I'm picturing 25 sugar cubes, but how much does one actually snort on a binger?
Uhhh a bit under a 1/3 of a cup of flower in comparison.
I still can't get over the fact that it was his pastor who called it in. I know that's his legal responsibility and the whole point of being part of a church but what a failure of everybody else around him that the safety of Nick and Kayla's kids fell to a third party like that. It's only slightly less pathetic than if some internet sperg had done it.
Not the school, not the family, not his "Friends".
More like the Black Eye Lawyer.
Bold of you to assume he'll be a lawyer in the near future.

I'd bet that's a reversal of causation: people who are generally law-abiding rule-followers are more likely to adhere to their medication regimen, rather than taking your meds making you less of a criminal. Both can still be true, but I think the former is the stronger conclusion.
They controlled for that by looking at SSRIs, which didn't have an impact even if the kids took them on schedule.
We found that the associations were significant regardless of order (although slightly higher when going from a period of high adherence to a period of low adherence of 6 months or longer compared to the reverse), which speaks for a causative effect of ADHD medication adherence on the lowered risk of offenses. To further confirm this, we investigated if high adherence to SSRIs was associated with a reduced risk of committing a minor offense, which would indicate the possibility of an association of lowered offense rates with being well-organized and adherent to medication in general. As expected, we found no association between adherence to SSRIs and the rate of committing an offense, although it should be noted that the sample size was smaller compared to the sample for the main analyses. However, the finding regarding lack of associations with a control medication is in line with the two previous prospective studies that also did not find a significant association between periods on and off SSRIs and the risk of conviction or incarceration (Lichtenstein et al., 2012; Mohr-Jensen et al., 2019). In other words, it is the adherence to ADHD medication in particular rather than adherence to medication in general which was associated with fewer antisocial behaviors. It is therefore likely that ADHD medication has a protective effect on committing minor offenses, in line with trials that showed that ADHD medication is beneficial in reducing disruptive and aggressive.

Never done coke, but comparing that amount to weed, I think that's like a ziplock snack bag full (the half sized ones) at most. Unlike Nick, I don't have nearly an ounce of cocaine lying around to figure it out.
Some degenerate farmer who asked his friend i.e. his own nose said 1 gram is enough for a night of partying for one person.

According to Pacific Sands Recovery https://pacificsandsrecovery.com/what-is-an-eight-ball-of-coke/

What Are Other Common Measurements for Cocaine?

Cocaine is often sold in low quantities both due to its price and also because of the quantity needed to experience a high. Most often, cocaine is sold by its weight and is most commonly sold in grams.

There aren’t many other common terms for specific measurements of cocaine, except for one. This term is a “bump” of cocaine and refers to a very small quantity of cocaine. A bump is enough for a single “hit” of cocaine and can be as little as 0.1 grams of cocaine. This is sometimes given out by dealers for free as a way for potential buyers to “test drive” the substance and increase the chances of buying.

While there isn’t a specific term for it, cocaine can sometimes be sold by the kilo. This often happens between dealers and suppliers rather than a customer buying a kilo of cocaine at a time.
Assuming the affects of coke last 1 hour 25 grams is enough for 250 hours of getting high.

How Much Does an 8 Ball of Cocaine Cost?

The price of any substance fluctuates just as much as the cost of other things in our society. The United Nations, however, keeps a record of the average price of many different substances across the globe over the years.

In 2010 the average cost of cocaine per gram in the United States was about $84. As of 2021, the cost of a gram is about $120, making an 8 ball of cocaine cost approximately $420.
Doing the math making it $134 for the Biden infalation he spent $3,350 worth of superchat donos

Rekeita has a pastor? I'm shocked, Nick does not seem at all the churchgoing type - more the bar- and glory hole-going type.

With respect to @berenstain 's comments that the Kiwi Farms are a drug den because users use drug-related language, not all of us are so sheltered as to not be confronted with the stigmata of heavy drug use on a pretty regular basis, especially those of alcohol, which is fucking ubiquitous in our society.

I apologise for not being a member of the right socioeconomic class, sir. I'll go back and get born to a richer person at once.
