However long it took him to finish scouring the house for anything the cops missed and then drive to the city
If the cops wanted to fuck him they'd have given him like 5 hours after release to get good and loaded then executed another search.
Guaranteed he started drinking second he got home.

That’s always possible I suppose.

I will just reserbe judgment until all avenues have been tried and failed.
Understandable. Maybe I'm just a bit of a negative Nancy in life but when you consistently watch people in life shoot themselves in the foot so obviously and without any question and they always look back up and say "who shot me in the foot?" It's almost unreal. You really want to have hope in you that people aren't this delusional. But I can't see Nick learning his lesson here atall. Trust Fundies especially are just guaranteed overdose vessels

Imagine being 16 and being in charge of a household all of a sudden. Your little sister hurts herself and you don’t know what to do. Parentification is horribly traumatic. Teenagers are old enough to *help* but being in charge indefinitely is wildly inappropriate. The guilt and shame you would feel if anything went wrong while you were taking care of your siblings would be immense.
My Wife basically had to raise her 4 younger brothers and sisters from the time she was 14 because her Dad was always working away and her Mom is a beyond useless selfish BPD bitch.
Its a lot of responsibility and not fair at all to put that on a kid.

What compels paypigs to tell goytubers about their problems and dead dogs and dying grandmas. Null specifically tells people not to and makes fun of them for it when they do it, and he still gets 1 or 2 unironic donos like that per stream

The psychology of paypigs is just fucking bizzare, seemingly the majority use it as a vessel to pay for friends (who don’t care about them behind their $$$)
It's pretty much just classic parasocial relationship stuff, but happening more intensely, more visibly, and more frequently now due to the increased interactivity and direct exposure involved with live streaming.

Obsessed fans have existed since the dawn of mass media, these are just the fun and novel ways their obsessed behaviour is manifesting in the Internet age.

"Parasocial attachment" is the magic phrase to slap into google scholar if you want to go read scientific papers on it. People have been studying it since the 50s.

Reactions to this case have been pretty mixed. There are a bunch of people who want him to get help and get better, there are some people who are just ripping him a new one, and some who are very pissed off about how he treated Vic as if he cared and then just stabbed him in the back. It's been a big whirlwind. So what do you think is going to be the endgame on this? For me, I'm highly annoyed because grifters like Marzgurl are picking up on this and taking it as their go ahead to slander Vic even more.

Nick will learn nothing and probably go back to drinking himself to death while doing drugs.
If he's lucky he'll get prison time and maybe get off drugs cause of it.

End of the day I think the only losers here are Nick. And ultimately the kids cause their parents are subhuman filth.
Only feel bad for the kids. Nicks an adult he made his choices. We tried to warn him back in 2022 and 23. I remember the first time I peeked in this thread I thought to myself, "These guys are hating on Rekieta? Wow that's interesting I wonder why... Surely this isn't true!" But the facts were there and you started to notice things as the mask fell more and more.

I get that. Known many a people myself. It’s just from experience I always end up finding out they never got help, the people around them never gave them help or they didn’t get the correct help.

If rehab and prison and messing up your famuly for a year or so at minimum does not lead Nick to fix himself or the people around him to help better then he is fucked.
Trust Fundies especially are just guaranteed overdose vessels
Even if he wasn’t a Trust Fund, people that make more money than sense suddenly are also guarenteed overdose vessald.

The second he blew up this was likely it feels.

Ooof digital lock.

It's sparse but he definitely wasn't inside the home. Odds are they breached because they figured the other druggies would start flushing if they realized what was going on.
If the police show up with a warrant, they're coming in one way or another. Maintaining evidence is a factor, but they aren't just going to fuck around outside arguing while they have authorization to enter regardless. A judge said they can come in. They're coooming.

Defense attorneys may say fuck the state, make them breach. Cops will weasel any advantage they can get including saying you gave them permission to enter by something as simple as moving out of the open doorway when they tell you they have a warrant. That way it may not even matter if there was some kind of procedural error in the warrant, they will argue you gave them permission. Making them breach is about making it as hard as possible for them to build a case. Give them nothing. Attack everything. It can be a sound legal strategy.

The rubber hits the road when it's your tween, or whatever, daughter on the other side of the door from an entry team. By making them breach you're exercising risk mitigation by giving the state one less potential bullet to put in the chamber. You're also opening everyone in the home to huge potential consequences. You've greenlight poorly trained police to hard clear your shit with your family in their sights while you sit in your car. Just how retarded, poorly trained, and lazy are these cops? Do any of them have a real fucking hardon for being a big dick doorkicker? The potential consequences if the execution of that warrant go bad are tragic.

You've also gone down a long path of refusing to exercise risk avoidance and risk mitigation by even ending up in that situation. A more reliable way to ensure you kid doesn't get shot by some retard cop when they execute a warrant on your house is to not take your $1M+ youtube dollars and turn into a fucking junkie.

Here's some brutal insight to Nick's likelihood of pulling up, coming from suprisingly, his lead noseguard atty branca.
1:10 odds, redemption unlikely

I asked myself before the very same and gave very charitable 20%.

Nick can't even accept he was wrong accusing Montegraph, was seething at people who didn't like his 'dear John' rant, etc.
If you wake up after 'dear John' and don't change, even just for self-preservation of your career, then you're done. You couldn't find a person farther away from being humbled.

It simply ends very badly. At best he simply continuous drunk streams to last loyal fans until his body gives up. At worst?

Last time I chesked out Rekieta he was catfished. I've missed a lot.
Found out Rekeita jerked off on stream on page 3710 or so but I see mentions of an April who might have been arrested? What page do I have to go back to see this ordeal from the beginning?

It began with the forging of the Great Balldos. Three were given to the Imholtes, losers, youngest and dumbest of all beings. Seven to Coomalot, great driver and craftsman of the racecar. And nine, nine Balldos were gifted to the race of Drexel, who above all else desires Cunny. For within these Balldos was bound the strength and the will to govern each race.
But they were all of them deceived, for another Balldo was made. In the land of Minnesota, in the Fires of Kandiyohi County, the Dark Lord Rekieta forged in secret a master Balldo, to control all others. And into this Balldo he poured his lust, his pride, and his will to consume all controlled substances.
One Balldo to rule them all.

Here is where they got arrested: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nichol...law-nickrekieta.53871/page-3821#post-18421366. Nick appeared to waive his right to remain silent during the search of his home and speak to the police to try to distance April from any alleged criminal acts. She was arrested and booked along with Nick and Kayla. The judge was notified that April had been released at Nick's arraignment hearing. They did not say she was bailed or bonded out, just released. It may be that they weren't her drugs, her guns, or her kids and the DA let her go. Maybe Nick's statements to the police during the raid helped that along. Maybe she said she was willing to cooperate and provide evidence for the state. Maybe some combination of all of that.

I don't believe Nick was being altruistic in trying to clear April if that is what he was trying to do doing. Your junkie sidepiece has no reason to be a witness for the state if she isn't facing charges.
