She has one, it's just not filled with anything substantial. I'm pretty sure all you'll see is makeup and other dumb, girly bullshit.

I don't think Gracie as a person is neglected, but Kailyn clearly doesn't know how to aid to Gracie's developmental needs and health. It seems like she's more focused on buying her cute outfits and making her do things for the camera. Also, what is Kailyn's Snapchat? I'd like to add her.

Apart from sex crimes and (in some places) rampant hardcore drug use, it's actually pretty damn hard to lose custody of your kid. Even though CPS is required to investigate every complaint and may even take the kid(s) into protective care for a few weeks, but unless there's some hard evidence of some fucked up shit happening it won't be permanent.
Kailyn never actually wanted a child anyway. She wanted a dolly she could dress up all cute and make do tricks in front of the camera. It was the same with her poor little dog, Bella - Kailyn didn't know shit about how to take care of or train a dog, she just wanted to put pink rhinestone collars and ear bows and tutus on her and take adorable photos and video for InstaSnapBook. She would have been so much better off with a ReBorn doll and a beanie baby. I'm pretty positive that you could replace Gracie and Bella with a ReBorn doll and a beanie baby and Kailyn wouldn't notice.
It still boggles my mind that MW even allowed Kailyn to have a child. I know it's been discussed to death already, but seriously. Kailyn couldn't even take care of a dog. What would make anybody think she could care for a baby?? Maybe MW was hoping Matt would be the responsible party, instead of turning out to be dangerously schizophrenic.

Kailyn just likes to play house. She likes the dressing up, showing off, etc. aspects of having a daughter but is clearly inept when it comes to actually caring for Gracie. Like you said, it's just like how she took care of her dog. I wouldn't say Kailyn doesn't want Gracie at all, she just doesn't want to deal with the hard parts of being a parent. She just wants something cute to show off on social media.

She describes that outfit as "flattering", how sad. It looks like she layered a dollar store witch dress over a Walmart shirt. Also, how about showing us Guac's costume? You know, on a holiday mostly for children?

I would 100% say she doesn't actually want Gracie. The more Gracie grows and starts developing her own (terribly stunted) personality, the less Kailyn seems to like her. Kailyn was never prepared for a child that would eventually grow into its own individual person, and the more Gracie deviates from her 'expectations' (read: being anyting but a silent prop for videos and pics to farm likes) the worse it gets.

... it actually causes me pain, looking at how tiny and pinched those shoes look on that gigantic child. Judging by that curled-under flipper she was sporting before they started shoeing the little goblin, by the time they break out the Jaws of Life and hack those shoes off, she'll have Chinese lotus feet.
Poor kid. Why does MW let this go on? The lack of speech, the formula, the zero social interaction... Kailyn I understand, she's got a brain like a bowl full of pumpkin guts and NEVER should've been given opportunity to procreate, but there's no excuse for Gracie to be so delayed, with two functioning adults in the house.
Didn't they learn anything from the first troll fail they spawned?

Yeah.
Except, I see no other people or babies in any of the many Halloween photos she took, and we know Kailyn doesn't respect the sensibilities of others. She happily posts photos of her upset daughter with the caption "she didn't want her photo taken". If here was a group of friends trick or treating, we'd have seen it; she would have posted pics of her "friends" to prove the haters wrong. I suspect that toddler is drinking milk from a bottle-still. I hope it's milk and not formula but the kid isn't starving, and we know any kid of Kailyn's isn't going to be eating foie gras.
People here keep saying that Kailyn only had her daughter in order to dress her cute. That puzzles me, because (aside from Halloween), her kid is always wearing ugly, ill-fitting thrift store clothing, at least, in every photo I see. Many of them were bought big and she's been wearing them for months. It's usually those black leggings, white shoes and a tee that I see her in. Occasionally she's in shorts and the same pair of sandels. I don't see adorable dresses or cute jumpsuits or other things that you can find for girls, even, I imagine, at Walmart. So I don't get why people here say that? Kailyn doesn't waste money on clothes for her kid when makeup can be had for herself.

I also think that people who think CPS should take the child don't live in the real world. Addicts raise kids, homeless people, abusers, cult members, hoarders...the list goes on. They just can't take a kid away who has a roof over her head, clothes, toys, and people who care for her no matter how stupid they are. Gracie's intellectual development is stunted but she's not close to abused, she gets medical attention and all the necessities and then some. Hell, people with Downs raise kids. I've seen kids worse off by a million. And if CPS took her away, she could end in the foster system which is a lot worse than what she has. That's an argument that should be laid to rest.
Yeah, I feel sad that two idiots brought a child into the world, likely creating yet another idiot. Sadly, it happens hundreds of times a day. I am hoping that they put her in public school where she will get attention and her delays will be noticed and helped. But if they don't, the worst that will happen is we will have a 2nd generation welfare queen and maybe another lolcow-and the country is hardly devoid of them.
It looks like she's starting to speak anyway, although badly. In a recent snap, she made a funny noise and Kailyn said "what was that" and Guac said "I sneezed". It wasn't clear speech and she clearly has trouble with many sounds, and grunts and points before choosing to speak, and mom didn't acknowledge her words-but she's learning. She can catch up. If in December the doctor prescribes speech therapy and they do it, (and the therapist will come to their house so they might) she'll learn. She has the ability.
