I can totally envision how an injury to the child could also be seen as an advantage in Nick's mind.So basically he was still totally okay with his kid getting injured or killed from a door in the face. So long as he got a personal advantage out of it.
the police being able to lie is not the same as faking or pretending to have a warrant to gain entry, which they cannot legally do. They also can't command someone to do something and then claim a consent search (i.e. if they actually order someone to open a door, they need the same legal authority as if they kicked it in). And you can bet this shit was recorded because they knew this was going to be a shitshow, though I doubt we'll get to see it.Everyone seems to forget that cops are allowed to lie. They can, and do, lie to coerce various types of case-making confessions ("we know what you did so fess up to cut a deal") and consent-establishing searches ("the warrant is on the way but it'll look better if you let us get started"). That's just in normal everyday cases, too, before you factor in Nick's internet (in)famous status which could pretty easily bring crazy people playing make believe as cops to his door step.
We do not have a minute-by-minute timeline of what appears to be a very hasty use of force. We do not have body cam footage. Hell, we don't even have Nick's coked-out recounting of events.
The description given in the probable cause document does not establish that the police had contact with anyone at the house beyond the minor child before ramming the door.
That same document does suggest Nick was not shown a valid warrant prior to arriving on scene, by which point the door was already busted down.
If no adult on scene (meaning Kayla or possibly even April) had made contact with the cops to be shown the warrant, and Nick himself hadn't yet been shown the warrant, then it is absolutely the correct thing to do to refuse entry in what is probably a grand total of 5 very chaotic minutes.
Catching up after all day at work so pardon my lateness in responding to this particular post...That combined with the eye shape, it looks like something from a horror film. lol

This actually blows my mind a bit. How can you say you care about Nick if you don't care about his kids? Nicks wellbeing is obviously mostly tied into how well his kids are doing. All jokes aside, Nicks path to recovery ( if he decides to take it ) largely depends on whether or not he is allowed to regain custody of his children and is able to stay out of jail to take care of them. If he doesn't then its 100% over for Nick.he also blamed the pastor for ratting out Nick, said it wasn't his concern, then people on chat said it was mandatory for the pastor to call the cops and he used his legalese talk to imply the pastor should've kept quiet, after that the chat told him about the kids and if them being in danger was enough for him to give the pastor a pass and Uncivil just replied that he knows Nick personally and he is his friend, and that maybe chat was correct to care about the kids, but he cares more abou Nick.
the bigger question is what was on the search warrant. kurt made this point last night and i think it's solid (regardless of whatever else people feel about him).I agree it's not 100% clear, but I don't know if it makes a difference. They had a warrant. Nick had every reason to believe they had a warrant, even if it wasn't physically shown to him before busting down the door. He didn't want to give them the door code. If the kids were traumatized by them making a dynamic entry, I blame Nick being an asshole because his ego comes before everybody and everything else.
That's just my opinion.
Kiwi is nigger of the Web"Kiwis are the niggers of the Internet." John Lennon maybe
Nick has no beliefs other than "what benefits Nick"Nick snitching to the cops on drug dealers is a hilarious thought though, it goes directly against all his lolbert hedonism beliefs.
Nick had a perfect life and threw it all away. He ruined everything and definitely fucked up his kids. Hope they never talk to him again.I wouldn't be surprised if his two oldest sons grow up hating him. Nick's own father hates him. Why would his sons be any different...
The first scenario implies that Nick actually gives a shit about his law license. He clearly doesn't. His own bail hearing was his first client in how many years? The weird thing is Nick has two possible futures
1) 48 month stayed sentence in which he can't stream drunk, take drugs etc. His law license is suspended. He uses this as a wake up call, stops drinking and taking drugs, and the law license suspension ends.
2) As above but he claims it's all BS and gradually backslides back into booze and coke streaming and ends up back in court
Now after 1) he goes back to being the upstanding member of society he was at the start of the thread.
With 2) His wife will probably leave him and take the kids and the hos will smell he's cold product. His law license stays suspended or just gets pulled
Now it's pretty obvious which of these in his long term best interests. As you say though, he's much more likely to fuck it up. Not to mention if it looks like he's taking option 1) Dax and Vito will invite him out to party just so they can continue to milk him for content.
i think she's just a normal woman who expected a normal life from her normal husbandI think she might just be stupid. Like a weak woman and mother who ideally needs her mother and mother-in-law twenty minutes away in case she fucks up.
The open relationship is something that I think she was too retarded and pilled out to suggest if her own mind. I still think she enabled him, but she just seems like a retard who probably shouldn’t of had those kids.
Is lady Racketts mogging or mewing in this picture?Catching up after all day at work so pardon my lateness in responding to this particular post...

"Your honour, I would like to bring the court's attention to a fact that seems suspiciously absent in this case, one that would threaten to blow it wide open and, if I'm honest, change criminal law forever."'Your honor, I'd like to correct the record. My clients are clearly retarded nigger cunt faggots.'
* Winks at judge *
maybe the report didn't have all the details, but for some reason the picture I had in my mind was:I agree it's not 100% clear, but I don't know if it makes a difference.

People are still saying Steel Toe reported Nick to the cops too lol.I still see a bunch of idiots who incorrectly claim the Farms reported the crime. We didn't!
This. He talked about going to Nicks house two years ago at least 3 times like a badge of honor. Very odd.Does anyone else get the feeling Kurt is mostly just upset that Nick didn't involve him with the partying and swinging? Kurt sounds like he really doesn't care about the situation Nicks kids were put in by the way he hates the Pastor and whinges about being lied to while running defense for Nick.
