In the same video, he described beating two raccoons to death with a hammer. Or trying to beat them to death; I'm unsure how much injury he managed to inflict. Either way, he viewed it as a completely normal way to handle a couple wild animals getting into his shed.
I think it was around the Rittenhouse trial that he talked on stream about using marijuana. I found that rather strange for a lawyer. Even if it was decriminalized by whatever state he was in, he was still admitting to a violation of Federal law. He probably always felt entitled to do anything he could get away with, and as he got away with more, he felt entitled to do more.

kurt explained this yesterday. it's only because he talked shit before the new case started/happened. in that case, he can say that because of prior behavior or relationships that occurred before the case was assigned to the judge, the defendant is at risk of the judge being biased and should recuse herself. for the monty case, this doesn't work, since he said it about her in the context of that case being already ongoing.

yeah, my official prediction is that he gets it but it won't matter. as you say, there's not many to choose from, and insulting one probably doesn't reflect well on the eyes of the others. more generally, insulting any judge the way he did reflects poorly on his character, and presumably any other judge would become familiar with the clip anyway.
I'd expect a request for a change of venue in this scenario.
They actually have an e-monitoring system known as. Soberlink. It is handheld, uses GPS and takes a photograph of the person as they blow into the device. They generally require someone to test several times a day by blowing into it. If you blow over .02, you are required to continue to blow every 15 minutes until it falls under .02. These are regularly used in pretrial supervision and probation periods. The Soberlink is basically a traveling breathalyzer.
