I mean, they don't give a shit about the kid, both him and Good Lawgic are 100% on Nick's dindu nuffin side, it goes like this:
for the drugs charges: Drugs should be legal
for the guns enhancement charge: muh second amendment
for the kid safety charge: eehh... emmm... fuck the kids, I KNOW NICK PERSONALLY HE DINDU NUFFIN

Hedonism is strongly condemned as degenerated and leading to Communism by both Rand and Rothbard.
These fucking guttermenschen don't read Ayn Rand, and they damn sure don't read Rothbard. They just want a cool sounding excuse to be selfish, solipsistic coomers who put their own deviant urges before everything and everyone.

Courts usually do actually take what look like sincere efforts into consideration.

But most defendants haven't hurled vile insults about the genitalia of the specific judge trying their case to an audience of thousands hundreds maybe dozens of autistic shut-in retards.
Exactly.

The people that are saying Nick could get out of this with a slap on the wrist aren't technically wrong, but Nick is probably the most arrogant and stubborn person I have ever had this misfortune of interacting with.

Lawtube saying this is especially dumb. They supposedly know him better than anybody who is not family. Have they not been paying attention? It sure feels like they have not. It feels like they're shitting themselves over lost shekels or something.

Nick is the guy who, I fear, the judicial system will want to make an example out of. It won't be 25 years imprisonment, but if he keeps going down this path, he's gonna end up showering from some place long term he can't make phone calls from.

April should request the body cam footage and make herself some money by spilling everything about her time at Camp Rekieta on YouTube. She has zero prospects otherwise.

Someone referred to Aaron saying he fucked Kayla on the couch. Does someone have a summary of everything he has claimed since the arrest?

Also, regarding the piece of paper that Daxipad quote tweeted: Where did that come from? I haven’t seen any official docs linked ITT that contained the pastor’s or kids’ info.

Nick Rekeita has also described himself as "oppositionally defiant" and "a narcissist".
That’s why they are places and people designed to help with fixing those issue. Whether Nick’s issues can be fixed are entirely different issue. And if it can it will take several years. If Nick, his wife or his family trly cares about him they’ll finally try and get those problems sorted. Because it’s apparent they’ve been neglected for decades.

As I recall, during the Depp trial, when the tmz witness clapped back at the Amber's lawyer, one of the lawtube lawyers in the audience (DUI guy) dropped his jaw in shock. Like a cartoon.

This photo / video clip became a meme.

Half of the lawtubers, led by legal bytes and law and lumber, said this was completely inappropriate , and dui guy needed to apologize. Since his behavior was "unbecoming of a lawyer" etc.

The other half, which included legal mindset and Nick Rekieta and others, said it was a normal reaction, and wasn't a problem or worth apologizing for.

This split lawtube in two, and I think that's the origin of the legal bytes falling out drama.

Edit: I'm being told another component of the dispute is that DUI guy claimed to be able to see Elaine's laptop (Amber's lawyer) as well, which legal bytes also objected to, as it apparently led to a complaint to the judge by Amber's team.
Another detail that in hindsight makes perfect sense. Rob and DUI guy used her line sitters to even get into that courtroom, so she felt like maybe some of their behavior fell on her getting them in there. Alita reached out to Nick privately when she was getting all this backlash over this and Nick, like he always does, ignored her messages. However, he did a public video response about it instead of just answering her privately which is kind of messed up. Alita made a comment on good lawgic's stream that guess this is more transactional and they must not actually be friends.

Looking back, yep, that seems to be how nick treats everyone in his circle. At least at some point.

Kurt being oddly generous saying "Nick has been kind to me in the past" it must have been years ago. He has most definitely been unkind to Kurt recently. When he brought him on his show and foolishly attempted to play a very stupid game of potentially taking a hot piss on Kurt's reputation by lining up a juxtaposition in which Kurt could have made comments that held the potential have been taken out of context in regards to Michelle Obama, which Kurt thankfully avoided. Nick seemed to get sick pleasure out of acting that way to his guest. I found it quite disrespectful.

I'm still a bit behind, so forgive me if this sentiment has previously been shared by other mandated reporters ITT.

Even when neglect/abuse is obvious (and always enraging, no matter how many times you see it), actually making that call is very hard. Often, other interventions are attempted before we decide to direct the eyes of the state toward the parent(s). We all know that's a bell you can't unring.

The wellbeing of the child always comes first and no one wants to upend their lives. No one wants to sow further chaos in the life of a vulnerable child, especially if you know that child and/or their family. We all hear the horror stories about foster care. I'm sure some of you have experienced the worst the system has to offer. I know that pastor made a difficult decision, but it was the right one. Anyone who shits on him for that just looks like an absolute retard.

"You don't know the whole story" is not an excuse. It's a cope. A very transparent and very common one at that.

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend, Amerifags. I hope you make a million grilled hotdogs.
