It’s miscarriages. Clinical settings define any failure of viability, induced or not, below 20 weeks as an abortion. For some reason, some people like to argue that this isn’t true. Go to any maternal ward or obstetrics clinic, ask MDs and RNs and they will tell you exactly what I did. GTPAL is an established evaluation tool to evaluate pregnancies and potential obstetric complications.no you don't either its not discussed often or its made up bs. I never heard about kayla having abortions
Outside of clinical settings, I don’t refer to a miscarriage at e.g. 15 weeks as an abortion. When I’m charting, I do refer to it as an abortion because that is the clinical nomenclature.
