An interesting hypothesis. I'd always assumed it was because he just preferred the nickname Bob, but if it's actually for this reason, that's pretty autistic of him.
Libertarians have pretty much always been a joke, and Trump is right to call them out on continuing to back a failing party. They're welcome to vote for who they want, but realistically, it's going to come down to Trump or Biden, and only one of those comes close to aligning with Libertarian values, so they should throw their lot in with that one.26May#01

For one, he drops the "new" from the guy's "no new wars" to smear Trump for not ending the Afghanistan war before entering office. Then he gives the credit for it to Biden despite Trump having put the plans in motion, only for Biden to royally fuck it up by moving the date of withdrawal to 9/11 for the symbolism, leading to the most disgraceful exit since Vietnam and billions of dollars of hardware falling into Taliban hands. And somehow, I doubt that Biden has done anything to stop drone strikes at all.26May#05
And meanwhile, Russia is emboldened by Biden's failures to launch an invasion of Ukraine, one that we're doing everything but fully commit our troops to, so that's basically a proxy war. And then Hamas decides to go full jihad on our greatest ally that we keep sending money and ammo to, so that's another. And on top of that, we're dropping sanctions left and right and letting violent regimes continue doing awful things to their people and other nations. Suffice it to say, Biden's foreign policy record is fucking abysmal, and it's no wonder we're a laughingstock on the world stage. Will, you're a fucking retard.

The telling line is the second sentence, where he says that he's hurt that it's not really his series anymore. We all know that KK and company basically shut him out and threw away all his ideas when they took over, and he's basically been forced to watch them desecrate his most beloved creation. While I do agree with the idea of not destroying physical media, a lot of those are probably not that rare. A quick eBay search shows plenty of copies of the movies in the picture available for a couple bucks each. Not only that, but I doubt they're putting a lot of working electronics out for people to smash; they're probably trawling Craigslist for people chucking out old stuff they don't want, or picking up something cheap off of eBay. Ain't no way they're putting out a vintage game console when it's worth more to resell.26May#33

For one, he's once again too much of a pussy to do anything to the hypothetical proprietor himself, but he'll gladly contribute to the legal defense of someone who does it for him! More importantly, I find his ascribing "improvements" in his life to Obama's election to be hilarious. Nothing Obama did had any impact on his life trajectory, he was just in the initial upswing of his YouTube film critic career after Obama got elected. Any problems that came his way were his own damn fault. When Gamergate happened and he started lashing out violently at those uppity gamers, he was told to knock it off since he was working for a primarily gaming-focused website. He didn't, so he got shitcanned. When his Pixels review blew up, he was too chickenshit to strike out on his own, wanting the security of working for an established presence, so his channel fell to the wayside and lost any upward momentum he might have gotten. When Trump got elected, his brain completely broke and he continued to make enemies left and right as his rhetoric got more violent. When he got laid off from the Escapist a second time, he almost made his Patreon work for him again, only for the Lindsay debacle to torpedo his reputation and kill that momentum too. It's probably only a matter of time before the Theorists get tired of his awful scripts and quietly refuse to renew his contract.
Now he's making videos for a dwindling audience, any attempts at getting new viewers are flopping hard, and he's being upstaged by newer and more charismatic personalities. And of course, he'll continue to blame those backwards hick subhumanoids for stealing the future he earned, rather than realize that nobody has sabotaged him more than himself.
