Legal Mindset is noseguarding, but he's also correct. If Nick can somehow get the search warrant thrown out then all of the evidence that the cops found in the house goes up in smoke.
While it may look like nose-guarding, Andrew and Nick had a VERY BAD falling out. I think he's trying to stay neutral to not lose the Nick crowd and not piss off Kiwi.

If Andrew had his muzzle off, he would say fuck that piece of shit loudly and proudly. Unlike Uncivil who is waiting to suck Nick's dick the second he gets out of jail...

I'm willing to bet the cops aren't fuckups though. There was a week between the complaint and the raid. They must have had something concrete to get the judge to sign the warrant.
It's a good argument when you're desperate for anything to cling onto, but as you say there's no suggestion or evidence that the search warrant was defective and by all accounts the cops and CPS spent a week working on it. At best this is a Hail Mary Pass from Lawtube, at worse it'll devolve into some awkward Lolbert sovereign citizen nonsense.

So sick of the "it could be unconstitutional" argument from Lawfags. The constitution is irrelevant! You don't need the constitution to know what Nick did is completely disgraceful.
More importantly the cops had a warrant. It's reflexive cope. They might have an argument if they busted in using the exigent circumstances of the "Cope and Sneed" stream, but they were clearly preparing for this raid before that happened. They probably just moved up the schedule after.

I cannot wait for the body cam footage. Apparently the cops did in fact have them on.

PLOT TWIST: After years of making fun of sovereign citizens, Nick actually becomes one!

Andrew is also the guy who he was going to do one stream on it because it was too close to him and he reached out to try to get Nick to stop several times. We're on stream three. He's either lying about watching all the coverage or he's lying about not watching what Kurt says. His morals seem about as flexible as his understanding of what the truth is because he saw youtube sheckels rolling in if he covered his former good friend Nick. You'd think a lawyer would be better at making weasley worded statements.

Andrew is an asshole passport bro who will grift anything he can make a few bucks on.

But he's also pretty spot on with his takes in most cases.

He never said in that first stream that he'd "never stream again" he said he'd have smaller video updates as relevant information came out or would discuss it in smaller segments in larger streams. And he's already made it clear at the start why he's covering it more: Because everyone else is covering it poorly, or in the case of Barnes is strictly on Rumble streaming to nobody.

Mindset definitely has some principles because he stopped associating with Nick and Lawtube so if he's doing what they used to do and people want to throw money at him for filling that void, I have no problem with that.

Nate calling out Legal Mindset. I tend to go more on the side of Nate since he is a former Assistant District Attorney. All the lawtubers are in the chat...
