Lets say, for sake of argument, that he's actually 100% innocent and everything is fabricated... He'd STILL be lying about it not bothering him and everything being ok. If I got arrested today for 26 grams of coke and the cops had just made it the fuck up, I'd be freaking out a bit. You'd have to be stupid not to.
