Kurt's most obvious trajectory is to an Hero. If you have ever watched him in a stream he obsessively reads chat and it's obvious he let's negative comments effect him. He is not built for being a streamer of any sort.
Not even streamers are built to be streamers. People really aren’t built to take to negativity over everything and anything well.

It’s why most aren’t dumb enough to have unmoderated chats…

Still the most retarded idea Nick ever had.

WHOEVER POSTED THAT ADDICT STUDY AND THEN DELETED THE POST WHEN THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE WRONG…

You were actually spot on!

“Accurate recognition of facial expressions of emotion is critical in interpersonal interaction but is impaired in alcoholics, even after a period of abstinence.”

Ex Opiate addicts don’t have the same impairment. Opiate addicts on maintenance are a little slower in recognizing emotions. (Probably because they’re high.)
That was me. This is the study. I once got told addicts in general are really bad at spotting any facial expression except disgust which is not exactly what that study says, it's more that opioid addicts spot disgust faster.

I read up a little on alcohol and brain damage, and the more I read, the more convinced I am that we’re never getting the old Nick back.
We aren’t. There’s a reason I lay all of this at the fault of drinks and drugs and not anything else. Drink is real destructive and real fast. Add on the drugs and add on the fact that Nick likely takes perscription meds. Not a good combo.

I do not look foward to seeing where he will be in 10 years if he does not stop.

Because it is likely in the ground or a vegatable.

Nick's family is influential in their town and it's a small Midwestern town.
Isn’t it Kayla’s family that lives there?

When you look at how utterly vicious and demented Nick has gotten toward fucking random nobodies online that he's beefed with, imagine what that would be like in the context of a divorce. Kayla would have to hope to make sure those kids get no visitation since Nick would set about poisoning them against her in every way possible.

Yes, all that is true. However, if you mention to a law firm that there is a trustfund to be milked, and that the other parent is an alcoholic coke head who will drag everything out for as long as possible out of spite, you can bet that they’ll put some real muscle into it, because dear lord! The billable hours to be had!

Of course, I wouldn’t underestimate the odds of Nick just going along with a divorce, since he knows it’ll leave him free to chase his true love: Coked up Nick, without having to deal with CPS constantly nagging him.

The hints of future Nick were always there, even in early Nick. I started watching during his Greer streams, which were funny and informative-but also a bit mean-spirited. He took it too far, putting that plastic toy in his mouth to imitate Greer every single time. It was amusing once but as retarded as Greer is, his disability isn’t his fault. But Rackets used it every time he went over his court papers: he didn’t know when to stop.

I got bored because it was dumb. I stopped watching until Depp, and saw the trial mostly through him. But the drinking was getting bad even then. I always stopped before the reading of the superchats, because that’s when the drinking too much and slurring would start and again, a few nasty digs here and there. I kept tuning into this thread though so watched his fast decline.

I am kinda amazed people are looking up the effects of alcohol online, but then I guess they didn’t grow up with alcoholics. The drunk driving, the constant rancid booze smell, the embarrassment and not being able to bring friends over, the never knowing if you are getting slapped or hugged for the exact same thing, parties that are loud and go on all night and nobody awake for breakfast in the morning so the oldest feeds the youngest- it’s not on Wikipedia. I have lots of sympathy for those kids who probably went through much more, and this behavior will affect them for the rest of their lives. Drunkieta may have destroyed his brain cells but he also damaged his kids.

A million puddings for Dr. Phil, who once said abuse changes who a child will become-forever.

Sad but not unexpected to see Nick unrepentant. I don’t know if he’s smart enough to stay offline as I’m sure his attorney has advised but I’m guessing he will get very drunk soon, then all bets are off.

I don’t know if he’s smart enough to stay offline as I’m sure his attorney has advised
As soon as he got home from jail, immediately the first thing he did was go online and post this:

Also he's been seethe replying to people on Instagram, X and YouTube every day. So no, he is not smart enough to stay offline. Plus that message is a lie. He just got home after his hearing and posted it. Lol

Also, no his lawyer did not suggest staying offline because he's actually going the route of representing himself with this one. Yes, he is big brain.

Barnes went full blown sperg defense for Jack Murphy. Doesn't surprise me going all out for Nick. Though weird the type of people he is willing to cook up conspiracies for.....

I just can't get over how stupid Barnes is.

The mere act of having the cocaine and the gun is the crime. Its strict liability! Did you have cocaine? did you have a gun? Then you are fucked. You don't have to use it in connection with the drugs etc

Simple as.

You hire Barnes for a bespoke conspiracy theory about how nothing'.s your fault and hope it generates reasonable doubt. I kind of think this is his audition to be Nick's next high powered ($ lol) vanity/desperation attorney.

That would explain why Ralph responded so quick and dramatically to Nick's shart video reaction.

Viva Frei "I just can't explain the differences between Nick and Hunter Biden. It should be obvious. I just can't explain the difference though"
And here I thought he was one of the smarter lawtubers. Mofo this isn't Schindler's list. If that were the case Viva would've got silenced years ago living in Canada. This isn't a case of rekieta having one too many drinks and they stretched a dui into a felony and adding charges like hate crimes against women & civil rights violations, this isn't a Derek Chauvin, Kyle Rittenhouse or qboomers in jan6 who got lost in the crowd where the state is absolutely trying to fuck them up, this is a guy who had accelerated use of drugs & alcohol, admitted on stream driving under the influence with children in the car, schizo posting about former friends in hopes of driving them to suicide, like are these people retarded? It would be one thing if they are planning to represent nick on trial? I don't think George Floyd got this much "he didnu nuffin" most people acknowledge he was passing counterfeits & had a history of assaulting a pregnant woman.

I'm curious to why Nick wasn't in the house at the time of the arrest. Aaron said it was probably him getting more drugs but that doesn't make much sense when they had about 25grams and how intoxicated he was at the end of his stream.
We know he gained a black eye somewhere between the appeal cope stream and his brief stream where he revealed his face accidentally. From what Aaron said, this is either from him hitting himself in a sperg out or Kayla hitting him. Did he go out for a drive to calm down?
There were only 4 kids at the house and we know he has 5. The 5th kid could either be at a sleep over, headed out themselves somewhere or Nick drove them somewhere.
I did wonder if he had drove them somewhere and this is why Kayla got the allowing child endangerment charged because there's no way Nick was safe to drive but then I'd expect to see a DUI charge ontop of everything else. The lack of DUI I find bizarre though, especially as the cops had a warrant to go into his house, they seem to have known there was drug abuse happening

I thought his family was a donor to their church, which would lead me to believe they live nearby. If Kayla's family is there too, they could help with childcare in a thereotical divorce situation. That is usually what I've seen when couples with younger kids split and the mom gets custody.

Who gets this mad at someone simply saying that they were not into making fun of a birth defect.

I would guess that if they had any idea that both drugs and guns would be in the house, that they intentionally waited for Nick's to begin to leave out the drive of the house. Safer for the cops that way.
