I think everyone has gone back and forth on this forever, but I don't see how that can be the case if they're not charging Nick with the abuse. It seems like either someone other than the three arrested adults is being alleged to have abused a kid physically or sexually and that she knew about it and Nick didn't, or her charge got fat fingered.

More information will come out in time. That's just what they had enough probable cause to charge for. Now the investigation is fully underway it wouldn't surprise me if some of the charges are amended.

To be clear, the leaked screencap wasn't the warrant. It appeared to be the initial police report generated from the mandatory reporter going to the police.

I assumed Aaron talked to the police. It looks like they just watched his streams. About half of the warrant appears to be the Cokestream or Aaron's reaction to the Cokestream. That appears to be what got him arrested.
