As the defense, you can basically avoid evidence like that if you accept what the prosecution is trying to show from that evidence. So if prosecution wants only to show that he was "drunk on camera" you can say "ok, we accept that, don't show the damn video to the jury."

If it was a real document, it wasn't a warrant.

That's the officers write up of the Mandatory Reporters contact. It is referenced and paraphrased in the warrant, but is not an element of the warrant. We will see this document eventually. (most likely redacted for kids names)

From an everyday, reasonably prudent person's perspective, these facts indicate there was drug use, at least cocaine but possibly IV drugs, and child neglect. There was endangering of children as a result of this drug use, at the very least by Nick driving his kids around. There was enough evidence that Nick was fucked up on drugs in the appealstream from his behavior and appearance. Tell me why this isn't enough for probable cause to search for drugs, because it sure as hell looks like it to me.

If it was a real document, it wasn't a warrant.

The warrant we see here doesn't name the pastor, but it does say that several people from the church had reported to him the condition of the kids. Who else would churchgoers report that to other than the pastor? I think both documents are real, nothing in them contradicts each other.
