That's a 22lr and a 223. I know the cop scribbles like a 5 year old but no way he'd conflate them.
They're both .22 caliber though, he could've had a .224 in there and it's still .22 cal. Also it's not a murder investigation, just an inventory of the search so they'll shorthand things when they can. If he had .300 BO and .308 NATO shells on the ground they'd write '.30 caliber spent casings'

I'm never going to be able to catch up with this thread, but this square does have a couple drug questions for anyone who knows.

1. Is there any conceivable reason the Rekietas had drug scales around other than dealing? Do plain old users measure their coke by the milligram?
2. What the heck is a "snort tube", as distinct from a plain old rolled-up dollar bill?
1. Users have scales all the time to measure what they buy and make sure they weren't ripped off. Most weed smokers I know own scales.
2. It's a tiny metal straw that make you "look cool" whilst you snort (but they get gross pretty quickly and I wouldn't recommend).

Why is it that so many Americans are so incapable of decent handwriting. I knew your schools were pretty bad but I've seen better standards of literacy out the Congo.
Many public schools ditched teaching cursive handwriting in the early aughts. I’ve met many Americans under 25 that cannot even read cursive writing. If you need to quickly take notes in pen you should know cursive.

But it’s still obscene to see printed handwriting that damn bad. Until the last 15 years the only time I saw handwriting that bad was due to people using shorthand notations (something else long forgotten) and doctor’s prescriptions.

Instead they had to rally around their BalldoBoss and we have "that church will FALL APART because the congregation will NEVER trust the pastor ever again because they SNITCHED...
This is proof that these fools have either never been regular attendees of a church or never went after growing to adulthood.

What kills specific church congregations are secrets, lies, and gross hypocrisy. A pastor reporting neglect and drug use probably strengthens a congregation.

I’m quoting these here because this is more about Nick’s character as a parent than his court case.

Growing up, both my parents worked and my dad regularly worked upwards of three jobs at a time. If I or any of my siblings were to go hungry, it would be because both of my parents were long dead. We’re literally in a time when a sign of poverty is obesity rather than starvation; there’s no excuse to let your kids go hungry when living in the US.

That being said: Nick and Kayla have zero financial hardships that would lead to their kids going hungry at all. These claims, which I believe come from a sincere concern rather than some sort of small-town reputation assassination, outline a knowing and willing dismissal for the well-being of their children, by both Nick and Kayla. This should burned any goodwill from all observers with even a mediocre bullshit detector.
It is not hard to have a full belly in the US. The dollar store exists. It's not great, but you'll hit your 2000 calorie daily quota for cheap. Nick has no excuse. He has money. He didn't care. He was too high and too drunk to care.

They're doubling down on this (stolen from @Barry McKockner in the criminal case thread).

Doubling down, you say?

Can't get the archives to work atm. Please, anybody, feel free to archive.

both are technically '22 caliber'
the .223 bullet is longer, and it sits in a much bigger cartridge with a much bigger load of powder behind it, but the bullet diameter (and the diameter of the barrel of the gun that shoots it) is the same
I find how that was worded off. I think they were trying to do what they could to get the kids out of the house (not blaming them). I wonder if this goes to trial if we see that even come up or not.

I knew the appeal stream caused the search warrant. I fucking knew it. When I was watching Nate last night I was thinking Someone reported Nick and Kayla for child neglect stuff and the cops went to the streams.

Four different people narc'd on Nick. Which means everyone noticed.

Barnes looks extra fucking retarded today.

I've renamed this document to "loltube lolcaust" or maybe "Kiwi Farms was right" is more fitting?
The reporter indicated that four people from their church had gone to him reporting neglect to the children, possible controlled substance use and a questionable relationship with an additional couple.
Seems like the Christian Scandinavian prudes weren't amused with Balldo's hedonistic sex arrangements. A total of FOUR people at his congregation reported this.
It was reported from a church preschool teacher that the children had complained of being hungry, not being fed, and wearing the same clothes for 3 to 4 days at a time and would start to smell.
So this is what we didn't see or know, huh Balldo? Fuck you.
Nicholas was reported to being lethargic and appeared high or drugged driving a car around.
?????
Literally kill yourself.
Aaron goes on to say that he has experimented with cocaine three times and Molly six or seven times in the past recently.
I feel bad for the officers that must watch that show.
the behavior of Nicholas in his video blog indicates Poly substance use, meaning it is believed he was ingesting more than one substance based on his behavior, being both excited and nearly passing out.
Poly substance use is a nice term to steal.
