Looking forward to the inevitable cope locals post reiterating how we DO NOT know the full story and to not believe what we see on the Interwebs. Despite the fact we literally can read the search warrant, heard all of Aaron’s shit, seen him tweaking on stream, etc. Even if there are nuances in the nitty gritty details it STILL isn’t gonna look good for him or make any of this okay. Stupid nigger holy shit :lossmanjack:

I'm just going to assume that the big reason for the livestream watch party was Nick doing coke in the church bathroom. The "track marks" is just the congregation member not knowing what drugs Nick was taking and they assumed the marks meant something with needles. Sounds like probable cause to me but I'm no lawyer.

(I'm phonefagging, pls no bully for bad highlight job)

It's not unusual. This is why the application spends so much time on the officer's "training and experience"--although hearsay can be used to support a warrant, by itself the parishioner's reports of child neglect or weird behavior wouldn't be sufficient to search for drugs because they didn't see him do it. But when someone knowledgeable observes Rekieta on video at a particular time and place behaving strangely, having sores, with white powder, he can make the inference that this indicates drug use. This is true even if the officer received bad training and used the wrong methods by the way. It's a lot easier to get a search warrant than a conviction.
The cop was a DRE—a drug recognition expert. I don't think much of those DRE programs personally, but the point is that a magistrate can neutrally take what a certified expert with plenty of experience is saying about a person's drugged out behavior and find that it meets the relatively low burden of probable cause for the presence of drugs in the house. The officer could be totally wrong for all we know, but as long as the magistrate was neutral and detached in finding that the sworn affirmation met the burden for probable cause then it's probably going to survive a Fourth Amendment challenge.

It's total cope to argue otherwise. Anyone with experience around stimulants (even Andy Warski) could watch the appealstream and reasonably believe Nick was doing uppers. Combined with the other details in the affidavit, probable cause has likely been met. This is the most retarded hill to die on.

It's astounding that he had 26g of coke on hand, considering we knew he was doing coke on stream beforehand. He clearly had a LOT of drugs on hand, definitely more than they caught him with.

It'll be interesting if any other drug charges get added once they test the mystery brown stuff and whatever was in Kayla's pill containers that wasn't prescribed medications. I assume it's just thc gummies but genuinely who knows.

Is it likely that they add more child neglect/abuse charges? The neglect charge seems fairly umbrella, so I don't know what else they would add necessarily, but are there more specific charges that crop up in cases like this after they look into things?

When Jim reads this he's gonna give up, keel over and die
Or perhaps it will get him so pissed off that he refuses to die until he sees Rekieta totally eviscerated. He may not make internet friends, but he respected Nick, and when you find out somebody you respect is actually a child abusing monster, you dont get sad, you get fucking livid.

I also said people in his congregation would not approve of his behavior, and people acted like I was crazy.
When have you ever said something crazy about this shit.

:stress:

Aaron was acting as if "30 percent" of the time "it [KF] was like they were in the room". More like 50 percent right with 20 percent being clarified later as "mostly correct".

Jesus he is emulating DSP's style of house keeping. And even worse he doesn't have a fat autistic wife!

Generational wealth takes another victim. I have a friend who is very wealthy but has a great head on his shoulders and has raised great kids. He exists in the upper echelon of society and always rails against generational wealth. He has seen too many 2nd and 3rd generations throw their lives away on drugs and alcohol because they have no struggle to make them appreciate life.
