But But, it was unconstitutional!
Haha get fucked
Just as a casual analysis, it appears there were no less than five witnesses, including the pastor, all telling consistent stories where each one, individually, would clearly constitute probable cause.

Then, they executed the search warrant, they found exactly the evidence the warrant said they would find, in plain sight, and worse.

I really want to hear the Fourth Amendment argument here, because frankly it sounds like a bunch of dumb lolbert faggotry to me.

>The kids were starving
>The kids weren't being fed
>The kids didn't have clean clothes to wear
>The kids weren't being bathed
>The house was dilapidated and in shambles while the mother was upstairs doing drugs with the live-in whore when the cops rammed the door in

That settles it. I hope Nick and Kayla never get custody of these kids again. Every single complain listed in the warrant persisted entirely by their choices as parents. These are the kinds of conditions you'd hear about from an impoverished blue collar family in the fucking Chicago projects who don't have the same resources Nick has to live a better life. The kind of child neglect and abuse that creates future gangbangers or abusers. Nick and Kayla have enough money coming in WEEKLY to afford good, clean clothes for every single day of the year for their kids, but instead, they chose to waste it on drugs, alcohol and whores.

It took four other adults, including the youngest children's preschool teacher, to finally get these kids out of the shitty conditions their parents put them in. I hope Judge Fischer locks these cunts up for good.

"questionable relationship with another couple" lol

Actually, are you sure this is real?

It's very badly written with incorrect grammar and spelling errors; It reads like a fanfiction.

Or are they always this bad?

The kids have been complaining about being hungry and wearing the same clothes for 3-4 days at a time.

Fuck the Rekietas, both of them, hope they go down and rot in jail. Nick is an irredeemable sack of shit, you would like to hope for the best in cases like this but he is too much of a narcissist to even admit he did anything wrong, let alone try to fix things.

This honestly hits me way harder than I thought it would.
It reminds me of what it was like growing up poor as fuck, being 14 and literally only having one pair of socks and one pair of pants and surviving off instant ramen because it was all we could afford,
Only this is worse because these kids are rich and have both parents at home. I suffered that because I was poor, but Fuck anyone who would willingly make a kid suffer through that. I want all four of them to burn. Aaron does not get forgiveness

Neglect and toxic stress literally shrinks the brain. It especially impacts the areas that help us to learn and reason. Nick and Kayla have likely cost their children IQ points so they could get high.

I see all the time children that have been neglected hoarding and stealing food even years after they have been in a stable placement. Sleeping with food stashed under their mattress or in pillow cases. Did Nick and Kayla deny feeding their children as a punishment?

Those kids probably have severe PTSD, dissociative disorders or attachment difficulties especially the little ones. Neglect takes a lifetime to undo. They’ll forever be known as the smelly kids by their peers that don’t understand.

As far as the warrant itself goes, it sounds like the four parishoners talked to the pastor, who passed it on to the police as a mandatory reporter. No mention is made of the police talking to the parishoners.

The moral of the story: If you're a degenerate drug-abusing piece of shit with neglected kids, don't go to church.

Damn it Nick! We lost the kids again.

Don't forget. Kids of a fucking MILLIONAIRE. A trust fund asshole.

There are poor people working two jobs who go without meals to make sure their kids get fed. This motherfucker claimed to be spending $3,000 a month on "snacks" and meanwhile his kids are starving and stinking, going to school in such a deplorable state that FOUR PEOPLE went to the pastor to get the cops involved.
It's beyond ridiculous. It's more of a trouble in America not to get FAT from additives in food than starve. If they took the time to write down that the kids were hungry, and we already know Nick looks like a Fallout Gaunt, yeah, I believe it.

Wow. I have really bad handwriting that I'm often embarrassed to show to others. I am thankful that my handwriting isn't THIS bad. Especially on official documents that are going to be used in a future child neglect case.

he was starving his fucking children, it's not moral fucking fagging to say that's fucking bad
I could theoretically find more sympathy for cracked out poor people who are spending their entire budget on crack because of a crippling addiction. They had a $3,000 grocery budged and let their kids starve inside of a McMansion. I hope Nick never sees the kids again and I hope he continues to show us that there is no such thing as rock bottom

I'm not a gun guy, just looking at the inventory list, could any of these be responsible for the spent casing, or is it essentially confirmed that the spent casing was just picked up from somewhere?
From what I can make out of the inventory, there is a .45, a .380, and a shotgun, but again, I'm not a gun guy so I'm a bit clueless on this.

Also, what the fuck is this handwriting? It's worse than mine and I'm a disaster.
Unlikely unless the AR has a 22 upper, which would be dumb considering how cheap a Ruger 10/22 is.

>nooo you can't suspect someone's a coke fiend neglecting his kids only because a handful of people said so and the kids complained to a teacher and you saw him with drugs up his nose yourself because he filmed himself
>nooo that's not constitutional

this fucking clown.

You haven't met many cops, have you?

This is crazy. I cannot wait to see the cope from Balldo. I hope the detective had a good laugh at "Mexicans cant spell corn they can only spell repair" since we know he watched all of it.
Null has talked about how many people watch MATI at work; can you imagine getting paid - taxpayer money, no less! - to watch Nick's cokestream?

>4 church members who were mad
Nigger, where do you get this? They were concerned seeing a spastic anorexic druggie driving 5 kids around who were hungry, wore the same clothes, and smelled

>watch social media
Yeah the hours and hours of videos where Nick himself or the exile from his polycule talks about his misdeeds

>listen to gossip
Retard, is it just gossip if 4 people come to a pastor with concerns about it?

>medically diagnose from an isolated video
Is this guy for real? It's not a medical diagnosis to recognize when someone is fucked up on cocaine and see the cocaine powder on their nose.
You know Barnes intentionally full of shit because he left out all the key facts.

1-not an isolated incident, the investigator writes that he looked at several streams and saw the noticeable change

2-the complaints weren’t “Nick walked out” it was that the kids were starving, unharmed, and wearing the same clothes while Nick dropped them off while being seemingly intoxicated to all reasonable people

3-The investigator did due diligence to confirm that Nick broadcast from his home and not a set somewhere else, and that the background was a real room and not a backdrop, this is the most important part, because in verifying that the set was indeed the home the kids lived in, the Coke stream was then able to confirm with probably cause they Nick has controlled substances is some kind in the home and gets so inebriated that he cannot properly care for his children(animesuckscopeandsneed loops 100% make you unqualified to care for a child).

The entire warrant details in great length why they felt the need to search the home, shows the qualifications of the investigator to identify drug use, and the research they did to justify their cause.

Barnes read all of this, he understood all of it, and he’s still lying. At this point it has to be to cover his own ass.

Is the search warrant itself likely to be released to the public at some point?'

I didn't post this and see it's been posted by @Useful_Mistake.

To be clear, the leaked screencap wasn't the warrant. It appeared to be the initial police report generated from the mandatory reporter going to the police.

I assumed Aaron talked to the police. It looks like they just watched his streams. About half of the warrant appears to be the Cokestream or Aaron's reaction to the Cokestream. That appears to be what got him arrested.
Aaron stated last night during his stream that he has an appointment today and alluded to showing someone his text messages. I assumed they are text messages with Nick and Kayla. Only time will tell if he meets with police.
