Holy shit the requesting officer reviewed the stream and got the warrant from the liquor source herself! SHE FUCKING KNOWS!

We now have a Springflied Armory .45 1911, and Sig .380 handgun, and a Remington 870. Gunkiwis, rate my loadout!

"Normie trash"
Imagine not even owning one Glock, even I have one of those, and I don't even like them. They're the Toyota pickup of the handgun world. (if in 9mm)

neglect of the children has nothing to do with drugs, so i'm not sure why that's relevant

Neglecting children and the parents being hard drug users have traditionally gone hand in hand, and was suspicious enough that the cops started looking into Nick Rekeita and his household.

I assume that you have seen enough crime television shows to know that innocuous clues can lead into something. You've seen it a million times, the body's lying there, cops assume it's an open-and-shut case but our hero, the troubled/weird yet brilliant detective notices some indentations in the carpet where an object used to be and subsequently moved, and follows the clues to find the real perp.

Someone sent a cope-dono saying “my nephews always complain of being hungry and they choose to wear dirty clothes” .

Do the white knights need to be reminded that Nicky had a Nanny who presumably for YEARS took care of these kids, and suddenly the minute she’s gone everything goes to shit cause Daddy is literally strung out on booze struggling to eat anything?

Even Kurt thinks Barnes has his head up his ass about fighting the warrant.

You know, I'm not a lawyer, or a cop. But if I was told to investigate someone, and I had reports of kids showing up to school hungry and dirty, and one of their parents would go online and have obvious drug induced changes in his weight, personality, etc. Maybe I'm just trying to connect dubious links, maybe I'm a dullard who doesn't understand what "probable cause" really means, and maybe I'm just a jack-booted thug who wants to trample over a parents rights to raise their children how they see fit. But the people trying to defend this shit are fucking insane. When the raid first happened, okay, pray for Nick, let's wait and see what else comes out, I feel you; but the more comes out, comes on, let's not fucking play games.

That aside, big ups Nick, gonna have a laugh if your case gets the phrase "Anime sucks, cope and sneed" into official legal parlance.

So , considering they didnt find any .22lr weapons in his home, how likely is it that he actually used the gunpowder from those .22 casings in a mix with cocaine to inject it? I mean its still possible that he shot a 22 at the range and carried home those casings inadvertedly. But considering that he talked to Aaron about drug shit he read on the internet, he mightve gotten that idea, it's not past him.

Eh. SA does good stuff, so thumbs up on the .45, but .380 is a garbage round even though I have no beef with Sigs. A shotgun is a shotgun, no real opinion either way on the Remington, and the Sig AR is also kind of a shrug. The sheriff left off any particulars about which Sig AR it was, there are a lot of versions, and I've never been a fan of "combat rifles". They're useless overkill at close range, I'd rather just have a .45 carbine because I'm not looking to reach out and touch someone at a hundred yards and if I was, I'd rather use an actual hunting rifle round instead of the dinky tiny bullets in 5.56s.

Bro he's a cop. His job is to crack skulls. Writing nicely is not in the job description. It's readable. It works.
I have seen way fucking worse, all the way down to completely unintelligible what is this retard even trying to say shit.

It's entirely coherent, states the facts, and I have no problem whatsoever reading it. So the dude isn't Mickey fucking Spillane, who cares?
The only people who have pretty handwriting are those who have the time to write properly. The rest of us are just writing fast trying to get shit down.
t. ugly-ass handwriting-haver (me too)
