So , considering they didnt find any .22lr weapons in his home, how likely is it that he actually used the gunpowder from those .22 casings in a mix with cocaine to inject it? I mean its still possible that he shot a 22 at the range and carried home those casings inadvertedly. But considering that he talked to Aaron about drug shit he read on the internet, he mightve gotten that idea, it's not past him.
I had no idea this was a thing, that’s crazy that they’re injecting gunpowder as a way to get more high. I’m surprised Nick hasn’t gone live yet, maybe someone is there stopping him right now?

Literal African Warlord level shit; the Jamaican dudes aren't around to give Kayla what she really needs, but Nick's got the next best thing.

Is injecting cocaine a common thing...is cutting cocaine with gunpowder a thing?

He's struggling so hard right now between his narcissism wanting to sperg and his legal brain telling him to shut the fuck up.

I have seen way fucking worse, all the way down to completely unintelligible what is this retard even trying to say shit.

It's entirely coherent, states the facts, and I have no problem whatsoever reading it. So the dude isn't Mickey fucking Spillane, who cares?

t. ugly-ass handwriting-haver (me too)
My handwriting is terrible; guess what, we invented typewriters then invented the word processor. Which is what happened here, since all that info was transcribed in the report itself in 12 point font.

Eh. SA does good stuff, so thumbs up on the .45, but .380 is a garbage round even though I have no beef with Sigs. A shotgun is a shotgun, no real opinion either way on the Remington, and the Sig AR is also kind of a shrug. The sheriff left off any particulars about which Sig AR it was, there are a lot of versions, and I've never been a fan of "combat rifles". They're useless overkill at close range, I'd rather just have a .45 carbine because I'm not looking to reach out and touch someone at a hundred yards and if I was, I'd rather use an actual hunting rifle round instead of the dinky tiny bullets in 5.56s.
These are all meme-tier guns. Even a non-gun person who only owns an old inherited shotgun knows about the Remington 870 and the 1911.

These are the guns a poseur buys. Not surprising that Balldo has them.

It's a small enough town (remember, this is the first warrant they've executed all year and it's already May) that most of the time he writes speeding tickets.
Yeah and a speeding ticket isn't exactly long. Hell a lot of cop cars have laptops with printers in them now, so potentially all he'd be doing is signing it. Point is it got the job done. That's what matters.

Blame fucking AutoCAD. Engineers used to have to take drafting where they learned a weird kind of printing.
Yeah I learned block lettering in high school drafting class. We weren't fully to CAD/CAM/CAE back then.

What a sad, sad document to read. I am still curious if the posted document last week about the mandatory reporter was real or not, and where it came from, but it doesn't feel wholly incompatible with this report.

Holy shit the requesting officer reviewed the stream and got the warrant from the liquor source herself! SHE FUCKING KNOWS!

We now have a Springflied Armory .45 1911, and Sig .380 handgun, and a Remington 870. Gunkiwis, rate my loadout!
It's very... bare bones. The Springfield Armory 1911 is fine. Two World Wars, all that jazz, 45, packs a whallop. Sig 380 handgun. Don't know the model but probably works well enough. 380 is basically minimum in terms of killing someone, but low recoil. Probably Kayla's. Remington 870. Ancient. Probably rock solid unless it was right before Remington went under (Then came back, Remington does this a lot). Sig AR. Decent. Sig isn't the worst he could have gone for.

As for what hes missing... he has nothing long range. The longest would be the AR, which caps out at 500 yards. He doesn't have a bolt action, which is odd, I expect anyone that likes guns to have at least one. Also no revolvers, or 9mm handguns, for some reason. Which from a ammo standpoint, is retarded. You've bottlenecked yourself to 45 and 380, which might be hard to share in the event of a disaster since a lot of people don't use your stuff.

This lines up pretty well with Aaron's claim of himself taking care of the kids. If both he and the nanny had left as of 7-8 weeks ago, Nick and Kayla might have been so drugged out 24/7 that they didn't add it up that no one was feeding or taking care the kids. Aaron is still a bit of POS since he should have let someone know what was going on so they could make sure the kids were taken care of.

I'm really curious what Nick's libertarian simps have to say about this. Surely they aren't so far gone that they are going to defend Nick's right to starve his children? That's getting into Reddit tier "13 yr olds should be allowed to be prostitutes" level of retardation.

Also, am I the only retard that saw the word "dropped" and thought for a second they had thrown out the search warrant as like illegal?

So, we know they watched the stream, but it was after it had been taken down. Do you think they found a reupload without commentary, or did they watch someone's commentary? The first reupload I'm aware of is MATI, but that's also not on youtube. Someone earlier in the thread said that googling his full name takes to to this thread though, so there's a good chance this thread is where they found the repload, right?

Fuck Barnes, he's an even slimier piece of shit than most lawyers if he's still going to try and spin this shit. No Barnes, he wasn't reported because he walked out of a few sermons, that was incidental and something they said was unusual. He was reported because four different families and most likely a pastor came forward to the police in some manner out of concern for his children, his abuse of drugs, and the state of his marriage. Imagine calling SEAN a grifter! I hope he gets a million medallions in the mail.

Threads moving fast but here is what I would assume will happen and will be his and kayla's best case scenario

They will plead Nolo (no contest) to one charge. Nick may take all the heat but likely both of them will. They will both be put on probation. They will have differed prosecution on the condition that they successfully complete the probation. Doing so will make it be like nothing happened. They do this a lot for first time offenders.
They will get the kids back following a CPS investigation and will have to clean up their act with them and will have random frequent follow up checks. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to pawn the kids off on family though as they never seemed to really want to raise them anyways.

Rehab would be very beneficial for them. Also they will only get sober if they genuinely want to, if they do it just to get this case over with they will fuck up again.

This is just my opinion based on experience and what I've seen happen to people I know in the court system of another state.

(edit) also no firearms until this is resolved and no drugs or alcohol frequent random testing of course.
