Sure, but that footage is already available to the police and the state if someone sues for police brutality (to dispute the claim), while a citizen getting that footage to prove police brutality costs $3k.

The state loves having body cam footage. It just doesn't like to share. It's rather like all the endless CCTV cameras ever-present in big box stores, casinos and the like. They're not there for your benefit. That footage comes out instantly if they think you're shoplifting or cheating. But if you are the victim of a crime, it takes a subpoena to get that footage out of them to help your case and even then they'll usually fight it.

Nah, I don't buy it from Aaron at all. That is an extremely charitable read of that stream and what Aaron displayed there. He was acting his socks off trying to look horrified, as if he had just realized the enormity of what was happening. And he really, reallyyyy tried to sell this sudden moment of clarity, as if reading that one line in the warrant is different from what he saw, contributed to, and later read in the charges, even if it all snowballed out of control even further after he left. The reporter indicated that four people from their church had gone to him reporting neglect to the children, possible controlled substance use and a questionable relationship with an additional couple.

Church members are literally alogging Rekieta to the police. The Rekietas were not discreet if the church knew about the couple... or they watched Rekieta's show regularly enough. Since there are apparently four, any of them should feel comfortable to anonymously join KF and tell us more juicy secrets.

It was reported from a church preschool teacher that the children had complained of being hungry, not being fed, and wearing the same clothes for 3 to 4 days at a time and would start to smell. Nicholas was reported to being lethargic and appeared high or drugged driving a car around. Another individual advised the reported that Nicholas will walk out randomly during sermons at church and have noticed behavioral changes in him. lt was alleged Kayla looks anorexic and Nicholas has lost a substantial amount of weight recently. One individual described Nicholas of having injection or track marks on his arms. The reporter reiterated concerns for possible neglect and/or controlled substance use within the home.
