There is another way .... county jails are not equipped for handling inmates who are serious dangers to themselves or others, and usually do not have "seg" (segregation) facilities. Someone in jail even for only a few days can be transferred to the local prison for enjoyment of various facilities that only they can provide (and sometimes even for inmate protection). I believe in fats. He can turn a parking ticket into prison enjoyment if anyone can.

With having to pay the kind of money the city is spending there is this from the page:

Early Discharge

Truth-In-Sentencing
Under Wisconsin's Truth-in-Sentencing laws, any person who commits a felony offense on or after Dec. 31, 1999, and is sentenced to at least one year in prison will not be eligible for parole.So no early getting out because you are a special boy or a vital warrior VS fascism.
Bonus thought; Imagine parole with the no drinking clause for Patrick. Years of probation and eventually having to pay for a booze detecting ankle bracelet.

Not unless people start mailing him in the hope he'd respond. Unlike Canada, you actually get to know which prison people go to. In Canada you'd have to mail each prison in that persons province with their real name attached and hope you get it right.

The fact that Patrick is content in pissing away his life by squealing online is amausing, sure, but it's also dreadful. It's like there's an evil at play here which is hard to put into words, and by merely spectating the evil you are somehow ever so slightly affected by it.
