In the leaked dms he said he doesn't even own a weapon that uses .22
Didn't Aaron say April went up there a lot to hunt at the start? So he might not have owned one, which is why he brings that up in his retarded cope. Typical snake move.
(I might be totally off on account of not being a gunbro)

Who knows what the casing even means. The cops are retarded went it comes to guns so it could be anything from a completely different caliber to the lid off a ball point pen.

My working theory is that they're two completely unrelated .22 LR cases that snuck in for some reason or another since those things are ubiquitous, the Rackets never cleaned it up (as officially proven in the new documents) and the popo dutifully collected them by default as they're gun related and the main characters are suspected of gun related charges. It's worth pointing out that the Sig Sauer was marked down as a .223 caliber rifle as the very next item on the very same document.

Yeah I was thinking about vague "22 caliber casing" is. My suspicion is that it's something rolled off from a range trip, or maybe Nick was shooting at something from inside of his house at something outside (pests?). Null mentioned the theory of using them for drugs. But personally I think the cops put that in there to bolster the argument to CPS to remove the kids from their parents' custody. If the case goes to trial we may never even see it get mentioned if forensics don't mention anything about gunshots inside of the house.

Guys, .22L casings store a perfect little bump of coke, and is easily concealed in a pocket. This isn't rocket science.

Police used to have a broader range of non-lethal options, that mostly involved "just hitting the asshole till he stopped being an asshole" so there was less need for the gun.
Among the stuff my great-granddad left behind was a service revolver that looked brand new and a pair of steel knuckles that looked as if it had seen a good deal of use. They used to get a little more up close and personal before § 1983 lawsuits were a big thing.
Bros I don't feel so good... for the last week or so we got hard-hitting info drops every fucking day, sometimes multiple in a day. Just constant dopamine hits of peak LOLCOW and now.... nothing. I'm going through withdrawals. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH please let us get some sort of news drop soon, just one more fix...
Tbh I'm honestly somewhat relieved it's calmed down a bit. As worse and worse stuff kept coming out I was seriously getting MATI.

You forgot they have the "homeschool" coop. A private school in reality. So she can't make five sandwiches and put them in a bag with an apple and maybe a water bottle. And she can't throw clothes in a washing machine that does 99% of the work. That might take ten minutes out of her cocaine snorting.
Shit my house would be spotless with that much cocaine around, not a single friggin speck of dirt. They're on a whole different level of lazy.

FYI: https://www.japan-talk.com/jt/new/why-you-should-never-shake-your-legs-in-Japan

Bimbo yusuri (貧乏ゆすり) is the Japanese term for shaking of the legs or knees while seated. The term can be literally translated "poor person shake".

It is highly recommended to avoid shaking your legs in Japan. According to Japanese manners leg shaking is extremely rude. It indicates that you're impatient or nervous about something and lack self control.

Edit: speling iz hard
I'm mean it's also impolite to not audibly slurp your food, so I'd take Japanese 'manners' with a grain of salt tbh

Nick was apparently the type to hit himself in fights. I cannot imagine the blow-ups of "do you think I don't love you?" and other narcisistic threats if his son made some big confrontation.
People don't seem to understand how hard it is to push back against an abusive parent. Even I was a little unsure of myself the first time I pushed back against my dad and I was a grown man. This is the definition of authority in your life after all.
I think Aaron is a fucking retard for talking to the cop/prosecutor like he mentioned he was going to do. The case against Nick is pretty clear. You can really only fuck yourself over. "If they arrest me for talking about doing drugs, they'd have to arrest every celebrity!" Yeah, but making a statement that you did drugs and had drugs around your children is different than saying "Yeah, I love weed" on Conan.
Additionally what are the statue of limitations on the things he admitted to. no way this faggot knows, hope he had a lawyer there. Actually fuck it gaslight him till he admits he killed MLK.

Don't worry bro I've got something you can snort to tide you over. We just need some .22 rounds first.

bro I'm addicted in the way nick is to alcohol and coke. I need someone to inject me with that bodycam footage STAT

Nick's use of private institutions (like in an ancap paradise) to educate his children is probably a big reason why it got reported at all due to their higher standards.
Some school districts even provide gratuitous breakfast for all enrolled kids on top of having a lunch break. Totally possible for shitty parents to get away with not consistently providing meals for their kids when the state does half the work.

Yeah back in those days "none lethals" meant Brass Knuckles and Night Sticks
:story:
"Back when men where men and women were quiet."
Hey I guess it worked.

You'd be up to your ass in brutality claims if they still sent cops out armed with Brass Knuckles today though.
Probably better tbh.
CTE is no joke.

Theres a HUGE contextual difference here. Parents who have their kids work around the farm/house as a matter of survival is NOT what happened here. Nick worked from home. Kayla didn't work, AND they had enough money to pay for a nanny. This was not a survival situation where the kids pull their weight or everyone gets sick or starves. A court will never take away a child that has to go out hunting every day while mom and dad are busy maintaining a roof over their heads. They will, however, always step in when the kid has to beg for food because mom and dad won't cook meals or feed them.
i know that, i am not trying to defending balldo here
i'm trying to explain where people might be coming from when they post "well why didnt the kids take care of themselves" type comments. if you yourself were raised to be self sufficient by 14, then you'll have a hard time comprehending that rekeitas bunch of spoiled rich kids are still utterly helpless even at 16.
