It HAS occurred to me that a kid saying they are hungry being part of the basis for this entire investigation is a little wacky. I only say that because 1. I have kids 2. they exaggerate everything and 3. old church ladies are the nosiest people on earth and will literally tattle on you for leaving a speck of dust on your seat. It's wild that Nick would have gotten away with all this if he had just done the very basic things of washing some clothes and not streaming while high and wasted.
Excommunication is usually for heresy not for just being a bad person.
Also I may be wrong about what extent heresy is but doesn't Nick shit talk his church all the time now? That combined with his current "lifestyle" I mean...

I've come out of deep and long-term lurking because I believe that Nick has discussed, on stream, the woman who reported neglect to the pastor.

The Story Nick Told:

One of Nick's daughters was in a youth church class (it could also have been a homeschool class). She was supposedly helping her cousin and not paying attention to the teacher. The teacher got angry and confronted Nick's daughter, which upset Nick. He briefly ranted about the teacher on his stream.

How to Find the Reference:

I think this mini-rant happened within the last two months, possibly on a stream on a Wed or Thurs. I remember believing the incident itself might have occurred during Wednesday church activities. It could have been one of the streams where Nick was very late, and he used this incident as an excuse. If anyone has access to his streams' transcripts, searching for keywords like "daughter" or "cousin" should bring it up.

Disclaimer etc:

Like many, I've resorted to reading highlights here. If this has been mentioned before, I apologize. Also, someone here recently suggested that all of Nick's streams should be archived. This huge task needs to happen. I would not be surprised if he deletes everything.

@daffodils probably has the deets.

First he had to talk to his wife about a teacher (justifiably but maybe indelicately) reprimanding their kid, then he got so upset about the teacher and American Christians in general that he had to calm down before starting the show: "I had to settle down quite bit... I couldn't even talk, like, I'm enraged!"

In other words, he was busy ragetwigging about something most people with a job to do would just shake off.
Someone mentioned many fucking pages ago that the woman that was cited as the pre-school teacher is actually the head of like 90% of the church activities or something crazy. So the kids definitely see her a lot in general.

Given that he only streamed like twice a month on average, I'll go on the hunt.

EDIT: During my search of just the last month, still going, he's mentioned American Beauty on like four separate streams and has made sexual jokes about "daughters" in general five times so far.
It's this show, he rants about it at the start: https://youtu.be/arwq9jOiugo?t=207

I was looking for that myself, found this clip:

One thing that we haven't laughed at balldo enough about is when the police brought him back to the station to talk about drugs etc he was still crying about how stressed he is because of his kids. Coke? No I don't do coke. I just hate my fucking kids officer.

.. That doesn't mean shit!!" -Nicholas Robert Rekieta, Esq.

A lot of you guys seem like obfuscating retards when it comes to Nick's kids and how much Nicks responsibility can be absolved for their poor condition. I'm glad some of you claim to have been a tough child who was completely taking care of themselves everyday by age 10 and claim that Nick's eldest is some kind of failure for being unable to take care of 4 kids by himself in an environment where his parents were drunk or coked out everyday with their swinging buddies. You sound like obtuse retards because no matter how awesome and tough you guys think you were as a child it's completely irrelevant. It's not up to 6 year olds to make sure they are fed and have clean clothes nor is it the legal responsibility of their 16 year old older sibling to make sure instead. It's up to their parents to make sure that they are. You can give a child the responsibility to do their own washing and to feed themselves, sure, but whether or not that's being done or not is still the responsibility of their parents.

Did they feed themselves? Did they wash their clothes? Their parents didn't make sure, they're legally responsible to make sure that their six year old had breakfast and dinner that day whether or not they're capable of taking care of it themselves. No matter how much you think kids are responsible for their own upkeep is irrelevant, legally their parents are still responsible to make sure that these needs are met. This is why parents are legally held responsible to make sure their kids actually go to school. Cause even though the kid might decide to skip classes it's still the parents responsibility to make sure that they don't. You might disagree with this but it's the legal fact.
People also fail to realise what kind of animosity this can lead to. A 16 year wants to have some fun, he will more then likely come to resent his younger siblings if he HAS to take care of them because his dumb fuck parents are massive fuck ups. Imagine you're a little kid and your parents are massive fuck ups that don't take care of you and now your older brother is also beginning to snap at you because he's stressed as hell.

Dont want to powerlevel but out of necessity my older brother was left to watch out for me for a time(hard times, not anyone's fault)and we went from being good friends to absolutely hating each other. Teenagers DO not have the temperament to look after kids for long stretches of time. Took until i was in my 20s for us to start speaking again and reconnect.

I wasn't expecting to wake up to "actually, neglecting those children was a good thing" cope, but it coming from EVS feels right. I seriously wonder how Kayla and Nick would respond to such a psychotic suggestion about their own children, but Nick won't stream and we'll never know because he's too much of a PPPUUSSSSAAAYYYYYY.

C'mon, Nick. Those people telling you to not stream are saying it in such a faggy way. You know you want to. You have so many funny memes you didn't make to show off on stream. Do it.

@Strix454 Big ups to you for sticking through that Camelot stream. It's such an awful piece of content in all ways that anyone managing to last more than 40 minutes deserves a commendation. If it's not Camelot fist pimping to $100 donos between reading half-documents that we've had for days, it's the somehow even more retarded hick trying to be manipulatively soft spoken. Insufferable garbage.

I am betting in reality, the teacher kept his daughter after class to ask questions, such as, "Why can you not stay awake in class?", "Are your clothes being changed regularly?", "How are your parents treating you?" & when she relayed this to him, Nick wanted to have a chance to jab back, by twisting events into matching his Scandinavian Prude stereotype.

Also, the irony of Nick talking about people becoming egotistical.
"How DARE these EGOTISTICAL KARENS look down upon my RIGHT to curse, in public! Jesus & the Bible never said anything about George Carlin's words you could not say on TV! I would turn my nose up at them, if I did not need to keep it down for snorting....powdered donuts. Yes, powdered donuts is what that is."

I’m not mad that a sole 16 year old can’t take care of his 4 other siblings.
I’m just surprised that none of them can seemingly take care of themselves in any kind of way.

It shows how shitty of parents the Rekietas are. The house is a trash heep so none of them can clean up after themselves, there’s dirty laundry lying on the floor so none of the can fold it and put it away. At one point they had to have Aaron’s cuck ass cook them all spaghettios. so none of them can cook anything in any way. When I was 10, I could make my own spaghettio’s.

Hell Aaron had to clean a little hovel of a table and couch so he could put stuff down and sit. These kids are so dependent they can’t be bothered to clean a space so they can sit, even if the current situation is uncomfortable.
