you know what, I agree with this statement. It's exactly the kind of humbling joke at the expense of the modern establishment that our lord and saviour would play to let the devil know who exactly is in charge of things.
 
Alright, so here is what is going to happen. They will pass legislation to keep felons from running for presidency, OR they will send him to prison and use recently passed legislation that keeps felons from having protective services and he gets killed in prison.

He couldn't even just give Cohen the raw cash upfront to pay the bitch off, he has to pay him back over 30 times with his company's money.

This asshole literally admitted, in public, that he repaid Cohen from his company. Cohen went to JAIL for this shit, trying to stay loyal to Trump, then Trump threw him under the bus and causing Cohen to rightfully turn on him.

And to top it all off, he did it just to hide what everyone knows: He's a womanizer. Of course he fucked porn stars, but once the Access Hollywood audio came out, he wanted to hide any proof of it from the electorate as much as possible and committed a crime doing so.

The problem with going after Trump over what is essentially 34 misdemeanors past the Statute of limitations and escalated to a felony by legal jujitsu is that it sets the bar so low it literally creates the Berria rule of legal procedure.

Show me the man, I will show you the crime.

If the bar is so low that anyone can be charged, especially someone who has to do the scummy business of politics, then no elected official is safe from his political opponents if they take power.

It's also not like this genie can be put back in the bottle. If you think elected Attorney Generals in Red States won't do the exact same thing to Democrats now, you are a fool.

They can't do that. Nowhere in the constitution does it say a Felon can't be President. The qualifications for and against being president are spelled out, and cannot be changed by Statute.

It's pathetic that they've made Trump of all people the face of the absolute rot that has corrupted this country. If you are going to convict Trump at least do it on the documents case which is at least a crime.

Im still not sure Trump was even cognizant of what Cohen was doing on his "behalf". But people dont care about facts.

Statute of limitations is extended if a person is not in residence of New York to prevent felons from fleeing a the state and escaping justice. Also, the limitations were paused during Covid, so no, the Statute of limitations wasn't breeched.

Also, maybe people who are scumbags cheating on their pregnant wife and using their companies money and lawyers mortgage to pay a porn star for not talking about being spanked and how tiny his dick is shouldn't be in politics?

The judge, Cannon, is postponing the trial until after the election. They want him to be pres and also argue for presidential immunity. I hate libfags more than anyone, but if you don't see this as him trying to run roughshod around the law, then you are just a degenerate faggot.

And yes, he was absolutely cognizant of it. Read the transcripts, he wasn't working with just Cohen, he also used his tabloid buddy to buy stories to buy and eventually STIFFED HIM out of repayment.
