I give it a 0.001% chance of streaming a trial. Even less so on Monday. His 'remodeling' will take a week plus. He also hates trial streaming.
He is visibly seething at just the thought of doing trial streams 3 months ago.
He is not a law channel, 7 months ago.
Then there is this one during the Murdaugh trial where he freaks out during it about 'jury analysis'. A year and 3 months ago.
The "THIS WASN'T A FUCKING LAW CHANNEL TO BEGIN WITH" shows that everything goes back to Dick Masterson/Dax Herrera. He began during the Dick v. Maddox situation and will end with Dick Masterson serving him dope that will kill him. Everyone in Lawtube must congratulate Diddler Masterson for his contribution to Lawtube, not Nick Rekieta. The world would be better if fathers took their responsibilities and Maddox ignored Dax from the beginning.

Speaking as someone in that former audience, are there any other decent YouTubers or streamers who do that? I've never really watched Sean - nothing against him - but I don't think I'd watch Emily for any protracted amount of time.
Sean is the closest to what Nick was, the sorta-edgy "old-internet" style law coverage, and I watch him from time to time when that's the itch I need scratched, but Nick's fall has kind of made that flavor of coverage leave a bad taste in my mouth. (Not literally, thank goodness)

I've been watching a lot of Runkle of the Bailey recently, partly because as a firearms attorney he is the person I trusted most to know wtf anything was when the Hannah Gutierrez trial was happening (the Alec Baldwin shooting armorer's trial), but also because for things like the Karen Read trial he doesn't typically stream them live as the trial is happening, but instead does recap videos that evening. He watches the day's session live ahead of time and then during the recaps he'll jump to notable parts of the trial and give his take on how things go. It's an interesting alternate way to watch.

Peter Tragos/The Lawyer You Know also seems pretty knowledgeable and often makes shorter videos/streams (~1hr is the highest he typically goes, I think) where he dives into topics on trials he's following. Worst thing I can say about him is that being so damn handsome means his superchats are filled with vapid wine moms who clearly don't understand that the law doesn't give a shit about their feelings if the facts don't line up with them.

Also I just want to say what a stupid fucking hill these cock suckers are dying on. There's nothing to gain from defending Nick yet they want to act like he's being framed, like he haven't been deteriorating for a long time. And it's only going to taint their reputation in the long run. But no, these dishonest hacks have to back Nick, they can't allow those damn Karinfarmers to be right.

I always loved he says this about a show that to this day is called 'Lawsplaining the Interwebs'.

Someone asked where the Rekieta family money came from. I'm sure it's in the docs threads, but it looks like it was the maternal grandparents (at least):

Peaches Owen

I'm currently working on the family tree in GRAMPS. If and when I complete it I'll share it. I'll redact full kids' names even though they're out.

Nick's dad (or granddad) worked for Cray for a long time, so that side was probably at least upper middle.

wrong in every delusional detail as always, stalker.
he does not lick beer bottles. he licks whiskey bottles. enjoy prison.
What an drunken degenerate he is. I've dealt with alcoholics before, and I've never encounter one that is so despite to drink every drop they lick to god damn bottle. Mother fucker is so dependent on booze it's almost not even funny.

He is so smug and simultaneously pathetic; makes it easy to relish in his perpetual failure. How anyone is feeling sorry for him is beyond me. I feel sorry for his children but frankly they're better off without him in their realm of influence.

Its a lie made by deadbeats

Men rarely seek custody of their children
Men do less childcare, less parenting, less household labor, less of everything that is involved in tending to a child. So it should come as no surprise that this does not change after divorce. In 91% of custody cases, the parents mutually decide to give custody to the mother. Fathers fight for custody in court in less than 4% of divorces. Twenty-seven percent of fathers completely abandon their children after divorce.

Men who seek custody are more likely than not to get it
Fathers who fight for custody typically get it. Even 30 years ago, 94% of fathers who sought custody got sole or joint custody. Abusive fathers are especially successful. Seventy-two percent win their custody cases. In one study where both parents fought hard for custody, mothers were awarded custody just 7% of the time. Only in a patriarchal society does a 93% win rate somehow equate to male victimhood

It has link for every claim click it and read it

Often custody battles are used by men to punish the mom and keep her in poverty and emotional anguish the article i linked it the mom lost cutody for putting her kid in day care While going to college and it caused backlash .
Do we have a white only statistics? Because yes everyone knows that Niggers make horrible parents

Why do you think he paid the 5 grand, dudes gonna get the shakes if he doesn’t drink.
He’s rich and he’s licking the bottle for more alcohol.

Nick should be allowed to smoke crack in front of his children and turn their house into a scene out of Hellraiser?
6 months into 'BDSM and Crack' and the Internet lawyer starts quoting scripture at you while you cuck him.

Wow, no wonder this drunken faggot was 2023's lolcow of the year. I should've been alogging him years ago.
You somehow managed to miss the funniest part (and the event that not only happened shortly before the end of the year, but massively increased his lead over any other choice for 2023): his "fan" Mandy turned out to be a man named Daniel living in Arlington, Texas who was using another woman's name and borderline pornographic images sourced from Reddit. The same Mandy who his simping for fucked up his marriage. Nick becoming an obnoxious coomer literally began with "Mandy" posting said images from Reddit onto his Locals, and it bit him in the nose over a year later.

And Nick's social cues never managed to guess that the "totally based and hot" "woman" "mechanic" from Texas who never wanted to meet up with Nick in-person might not be a real person.

I think that if he had just the cocaine and gun, and hadn't beem on an obvious spiral of over-indulging people here wouldn't care so much. Maybe pretty much not at all - something like a third of adults in the US have a script for amphetamines, is cocaine actually that different? Probably not, but if Nick turned into a skeletal junkie who didn't feed his kids on addies people would be equally condemnatory.

The real moral hit comes from the swinging and child neglect being so off brand compared to his initial image that it felt like a lie. People only got like 10% as mad when Ralph admitted to weird sex shit and his obvious child abuse, because frankly nobody was surprised - Ralph's whole brand is he's a white trash POS.
For me, it's all morally repulsive but from "worst to less worse" I would rank it as: 1) Child abuse/neglect 2) Drug use in front of Children 3) Swinging/poly shit infront of kids 4) having another couple LIVE WITH YOU WHEN YOU HAVE KIDS 5)Drug abuse (for me I have seen what addiction does to people and I think cocaine is a blood drug so if you use it like he does your terrible) 6) Actual open relationship crap. To be honest if he kept it away from the kids (and the internet) I wouldn't have cared. Look if "Mommy and Daddy leave the kids at the grandparents/arrange the kids to have sleep overs (depending on the age) so they can have "couple time" one a month (where they do their weird sex shit)" I wouldn't care. Because a) it's away from the kids b) in private c) they are being responsible. Hell, why didn't they sent the kids off to sleep away camp for the summer if they want a few weeks to be as debauched as possible?

I mean I think open relationships are horrible and if you are at that point you should just end the relationship. But if you really think you can do it...hey it's your life not mine.

When Nick and Kayla got arrested, how did the farms find out.
Was someone just happening to look in the arrest records, was someone tipped off that it happened.
I just have to say when I saw that featured I immediately assumed it had to be a troll post to make everyone flip out. Sort of like Ralph getting his ass beat for a second time in Portugal. A perfectly surreal “no fucking way” KiwiFarms TM moment.

Finally I can call all the people creating 8-paragraph screeds of their totally original, totally insightful analysis on the situation or psychology of those involved COMPLETE FAGGOTS
I welcome thee for being up to date with the Rekieta thread.
Every few hours we are going to have some political-philosophical discussion about (but not limited to):
- Capabilities and responsibilities of a teenager on today's society;
- The history and impact of alcohol on American History;
- Economics and sociopolitical impact of the cocaine market;
- Responsibilities of a contemporary mother of 5 children - a sociopolitical discussion;
It's part of this thread syllabus. We appreciate your participation. Remember spiral learning, so repeating alredy discussed topics is part of your education.
