Strongest components in my opinion are tretinoin/retinol (anti-aging), sunscreen (anti-aging), and moisturiser with HLA. The retinol will speed up your skin cell replacement rate and make you more sensitive to sunlight, so you’ll also want to exfoliate, and never ever go outside during the day.

Retinol and HLA you’d apply after a shower and preferably in the evening since they’ll tend to make your skin glossy (but you can also add something like a matte primer to hide that), sunscreen you’ll apply every single morning no matter what, and then reapply after a few hours of direct sunlight if you’ve been outside a lot. Exfoliating you’d do two or three times a week, basically as often as you need to.
