Isn't 223 roughly equivalent to 5.56 NATO or do I just play too much fallout
They're roughly the same and can be cross loaded. The case is slightly different, so there will be a point of impact shift unless you're using something specially chambered to use either. In contradiction to the other reply, hunting loads are often hotter than military ones, so watch putting .223 deer rounds into a 5.56.

I will say, with the state of the house being what it's alleged to be in, there exists a faint possibility Nick was sincerely unaware of the spent casing that were found on the floor.

I compared the officer's seizure sheet with what got listed in the charging document. The .22 casings were listed as on the floor near the nightstand while there's a random extra unspecified bullet in the master closet. The latter does not show up anywhere in the charging document and, unless they erroneously lumped it into the garage ammo, is unaccounted for in any public document since the on-site inventory form.

Not that any of the above autism impacts his legal standing in any conceivable way, of course.
This document specifies the shell casing as spent. If it was truly spent and not misidentified, its very unlikely he was using brownbrown.

Also, if you're someone who shoots a lot, it's very common to find hidden spent shell casings. They bounce around and find themselves in weird places. I shot 500 rounds of 9mm today, and when I got home and took my pants off, I found a spent case in the rolled up pant leg of my jeans.

Very true. I'm just unwilling to give Lowtax credit for anything, especially antemortem. He can't fuck it up badly enough to render the original deed worthless. I refuse to give him that satisfaction.
Lowtax wasted a lot of money on some online anime gambling gay-ass shit right before he offed himself. I can't remember the details but it involved spending ridiculous amounts of money on pixels.

Kinda like Nick is doing now, sending out all this superchat money when we all know he's broke. He knows he needs to pay all kinds of legal fees over the next year or two, but instead he's spending cash on getting Internet Personalities to say his name out loud during a stream. Buying pixels just like Richard did. Although I'm pretty sure Lowtax was probably gayer.

I posted something similar, can't recall if it was in this thread or another, but Nick's situation is the most powerful "anti-drug/alcohol ad" I've ever seen. So much so that I realized I was on fringes of alcoholism and decided I needed to step away from the bottle
Alcohol is really bad for your organs and nervous system oh, yeah it’s also extremely addictive that dopamine and GABA rush mix in a little (a lot) of cocaine also spiking your dopamine levels now you feel invincible and say really stupid shit online because you’re Nick fucking Rekieta!

I don't shoot, but my dad did. Was not uncommon to find spent pistol casings in the washer dryer. So I fully believe these magic casings can show up anywhere.

Shame Nick's story is that it's totally part of an art piece, trust him guys.

You are dangerously incorrect. You should not load a 5.56 round into a .223 chambered firearm. The longer throat of a 5.56 will cause a .223 chamber to run at about 65,000 PSI, when it is rated for 55,000.

They're nearly identical in performance.
In performance, yes. In pressure, no. Not at all. This is where the safety issue comes in, and while almost all modern .223 firearms are actually chambered in 5.56 (still don't use 5.56 unless it is stamped as such or you have a gunsmith confirm the chambering).

The marks on his arms are probably from scratching himself. I think that can happen with stimulants like coke and meth, and may be what Pomplun meant by "sores common with substance users." The church people thinking they're track marks, yeah, they wouldn't know the difference, they have zero experience with drug use.
He definitely bruises easy from being B12 deficient.

He lost so much weight so fast. God, imagine the odor Rekieta puts off. Booze sweat and putrid ammonia death smell because his body ran out of fat to break down so it's eating his muscles to try and stay alive. He probably has ammonia breath too.
