As a heavy meat eater, I can't stand Vegan Stains. And he'll most likely use this case to "prove" that eating meat makes you like Gatis, even if he was a psycho long before he started his "raw meat" adventure and even if he doesn't even practise what he preaches.

I actually think he's in Myanmar or Cambodia. I'm not sure if I should explain why because I don't have enough info for a more precise location yet. And he's reading here for sure.
One of the reasons that adds weight to this, along with the thing I can't mention, is that both of those countries have no extradition treaty with the Netherlands. Kazakhstan does have extradition with Netherlands, so I don't think he'd be there like some others suggested.
