At some point she seems to have gone deeper in the seat, shouldn’t she have kept with sitting upright more and using the safety belt? At least try to not decline more physically is the best answer but I don’t think she cares.

Someone in this thread-- I apologize, but I've forgotten who-- said that the seat-leaned-back issue may be because pregnancy and a c-section did a number on Alex's already-weak abdominal muscles. Their thinking was that she's got her seat leaned way back because she didn't do any PT or other work to rebuild what core strength she had.

If you cropped that photo, to show just Ari and those bronze, trashy-tattoo fingers gripping her shoulder, it genuinely looks like one of those unnerving CPS/stranger danger PSA posters of a kid being grabbed. Fuckin' hell.

Man, those photos really highlight how far forward her torso has fallen. Look how far back behind her shorts(?) go, and then compare it to that flashback shot of her in the lounge set.
I wonder how much the warping of her body is outside her control. Would her feet have dropped to their current severity if she had just used the footplates on her wheelchair? Would her spine be as bent as much as it is now if she had just used the chest strap when she was supposed to? Would she be in this condition if she had just gone to a doctor or an OT on a regular basis?

It certainly would have helped, but ultimately, Alex has had a baby. Even a healthy, well nourished woman who has a normal pregnancy and child suffers significant damage to her teeth, skeleton and overall body. Over time this normal woman can heal most of that damage, but someone with a severe genetic condition like Alex's? No. Alex signed her own death warrant the instant she conceived.

Alex also waited a long time to even see a doctor in the first place. My somewhat tinfoil theory as to why is because she wanted to wait until abortion was no longer a viable option. Whatever your stance on abortion is, there are some situations where it would be a reasonable suggestion for the safety and wellbeing of the mother. Had Alex seen a doctor within the first month or so of her pregnancy, there's a very real possibility that she would've been advised to terminate the pregnancy for her own sake. Because Alex wants to prove that she can do everything an able-bodied woman can, she was set on carrying the pregnancy to term. As I've said before, it is a damn miracle that Ari is so fantastically normal.
Megan DeJarnett already had 2 kids when this photo was taken. A lot of Alex's problems stem from the fact that she doesn't take care of her body. By that, I mostly mean she doesn't hire people who know how to take care of her body for her. There's not much she can do on her own, but she can control how much she drinks, how much time she spends in the sun, what she wears, etc. I think using footplates, like Megan does, and wearing shoes would've definitely helped.

Alex waited because she knew she'd have to stop the twerk juice as soon as it was known she was pregnant. She should have stopped it before she ever got pregnant, and taking the Evrysdi (aka "twerk juice") is completely forbidden while pregnant. Alex continued to take it as long as possible anyway, because that's the kind of person she is-- selfish to the core.
I have some Alex images from the weekend that I've been sitting on, becuase the site has been pretty stubborn about image uploads. On Sunday, Alex was having a tearful meltdown in her Instagram stories. At the time she was uploading those stories, Noah posted a short video clip of himself in church. The Redditors-- and recall that Alex reads her Reddit like it's the only thing in print-- noted that Ari wasn't seen or heard on Sunday's videos, so she later uploaded some nasty-looking videos of chicken being cooked ("faciliated," no doubt) where Ari could very clearly be heard in the background. Take that, haters!

Give me rainbows, but something about this just makes me feel good for Noah. Last Sunday was, to my knowledge, just a regular old Sunday. It wasn't Christmas or Easter or any other holy day. Noah just went to church and decided to share a video of it. It's just a really wholesome thing to do and it gives me the fuzzies.Noah in church (still from video of the service):

I think it's a bit of both. If she simply didn't want to give up the twerk juice, she could've quietly terminated the pregnancy without telling her followers she was ever pregnant in the first place. Like I said, regardless of your views on abortion, there are some scenarios where it would be advisable.

While she does look waaaaaaay better with bangs, those are some mumsy looking bangs. A side fringe hasn't been in style since what, 2012 or something.
I'm not as impressed with noah going to church and sharing it with social media, I find that fairly performative but then I come from a country where going to church is actually quite a private thing and where religious people don't make it their full personality so maybe it's about perspective on that one.
Back to the bangs, she will realise the error of her ways when they start to get greasy. Bangs of any kind are unsuitable for anyone who doesn't wash their hair every day and has greasy skin and hair type, whych Alex does. She actively looks sticky in every photo.

As a fine-haired greaseball, can sadly confirm. They become greasy spiderlegs tickling your face- Alex will likely just end up tying it up in a messy updo, because by memory she doesn't get showered that often. Wasn't it like, once a week or something?
I'm not optimistic about Noah's church going. I've known many people use it as their shallow half-hearted attempt to look like they're trying to improve themselves, when they very rarely are. With his disppearance speculated as being another Baker Act, I'm wondering if it was a box he had to check to be released or stay released. A "How are you actively working on improving your mental health?" kinda thing. "Finding spirituality" seems like an easy cop-out.
