The notice was granted based on the timely fillings from both Nick and Kayla from my understanding. (If there is an error in my post feel free to correct me).
On one hand, this is the least funny outcome. I was hoping the alcohol pussy juice clip would be shown in court but oh well.

On the other hand, this removes his possible cope about the judge being biased against him and hence him getting ruled against.

Document hasn’t been uploaded yet but looks like Kayla’s bond has indeed been paid.

it's up now and has indeed been paid as of the 28th. guess they just needed time to get the money together.

"You hear that Karen Farms? Who's the non-practicing lawyer now? I have a 100% success rate on my filings, why are you putting lies in your thread titles? Weird, it's just weird."

It should be Kandiyohi County (first image) because Nick lives nowhere near Anoka County.

Pretty clear Nick copied the motion from somewhere and failed to change the name of the county or the Judicial District (it says 10th, corresponding to Anoka, but should be Eighth, corresponding to Kandiyohi)

In any case, it obviates any doubt that Nick prepared the motion for himself and Kayla even though they are purportedly both "pro se".

I'm surprised they didn't just send it off to Anoka county for the lols. If that happened, he might need a reason since the 7 days will be ticking out.

The document clearly says that it was paid on the 28th, so it was already paid last week and this was actually an error that it wasn't submitted yet
yep. fixed my post above. let this be a lesson to all those looking to latch onto any minute discrepancy in this process: sometimes, the legal system is slow, imprecise, borderline incompetent, and not at all the work of a grand conspiracy or deeper meaning. the fanfiction that went on when nick's bail was posted but not kayla's has been a bit embarrassing ngl (and i participated in it).

i'll check back in when a proper motion is filed or nick fires up a stream again. the risk of dumb speculation at all these non-updates is too high to keep watching closely.

My recollection is that it said "more than that day" which could just mean the kid had slept in them, woke up, and wanted to change. Hence my question about which kid it was. One of the kids was woken up and then immediately walked out of the house by an officer. If that kid asked later to change out of what they'd slept in, I'd find that pretty unremarkable.

I'm trying to figure out what objective evidence we actually have, as opposed to a bunch of subjective evidence provided by a handful of people from Nick's church who asked to remain anonymous. I'm sure CPS will do their own investigation to determine whether there's truth to the claim, but that won't be released to the public.

To play devil's advocate for two seconds, we don't have that much objective evidence, especially if you don't consider what is written in the police report to qualify as objective evidence. However, what has been the trend with Rackets? Has it generally been the case that he downplays things and then when we get more information, it turns out he was correct and they really weren't as bad as we thought? Or has it generally been the opposite, that when we get more information, it turns out things are way worse than they looked on the surface?

It's been the latter. Every single time. So my bet is that if/when we get more info about the state of Rekieta's kids leading up to the arrest, it won't be pretty.

So just so I understand:

The judge hasn’t said anything about Nick and has not shown any signs of bias…. The only issue is what Nick said?

Under that logic doesn’t that mean I could have ANY AND EVERY judge removed from my case as long as I trash talk them online?
If you were some black trashy punk? No. If you are a lawyer whose trashing the judge you had previous beef with led to the very raid (didn’t she sign the warrant?)
? You might get one.

I think the worry would be the whole thing could collapse if the judge says something out of hand. Better to quarantine that shit ASAP.

New judge, doesn’t sound like anything changed. Instead he got the judge in which he told him that a 50k bond is unconstitutional.

This is gonna go swimmingly.

Also, Judge Fischer Pussy Liquor is still the presiding judge on the Montegraph hearing, right? The case that has not stopped for Rekeita despite getting arrested for drugs and criminal child neglect?

I disbelieve pretty much literally everyone. I'm looking forward to when we're able to at least get the bodycam footage and see for ourselves what happened.

He really is doing the Beard strategy, let's see how it plays out!

I think he's patting himself on the back, but I also think he just majorly fucked up.

I doubt another judge will rule materially differently in this case, and a judge who doesn't like you can be better than one that doesn't care about you - if they're a good judge overall. Because they will KNOW they don't like you and often fight against it (see also: judges allowing basically any non-material motion from defendants that are going to lose).

However, he just removed a powerful appeals line (even if bullshit).

It's like how in jury selection each side can just dismiss with no reason a few jurors - you get to remove ONE judge once for no reason stated (of course, the entire police and court system in Anoka King Candy County is laughing their ass off as to the reason.

Nick's problem is he thinks everyone is like him, if he were judge over the liquorsupplylady he'd be vindictive as fuck.
Smacks of being desperate. What other defence can there be except everyone’s bias and it’s all a conspiracy. X to doubt any other judge would look at this case through that lens.

Can anyone tell me exactly how stupid idea it is from Kayla to represent herself as "pro se"? Or will any filings be just copy paste from stuff Nick send so both will fail at same time?
