No, because I think he never checks his order until after the delivery driver leaves. After that, he just gives the driver a negative review.
IIRC, he did something like this already. He ordered a burger with extra bacon, but he removed the bacon instead and he got pissed off about it.

I doubt he has the ability to confront a driver on his items. He just says "It is what it is, toobz", then seethes about it for 2 hours.

I only know about the KFC double down because of Josh’s rant and I’m also mad that they took it away because it looked pretty good . Maybe Josh was right to say that it wasn’t a sponsor but was free advertising.

Huh. Yeah it does look like he did pull off a strand of hair, but comparing before the scratch and after the scratch, he still has his three strands of Homer Simpson hair and when he brings the hand up to his scalp to scratch, there's already something dangling from his hand, hard to see but you can see it here (start of him scratching his head lol) I'm guessing it's a pen or something he had resting between his fingers.
