Bad Plastic Surgery - all the pics

I was idly watching this absolutely horrifying video that was comparing various pics and clips of Lily Rose Depp and they were saying she appears to have started facial surgery around 16.

There's somebody out there with a medical licence who looked at that beautiful, beautiful child and said "Yeah, I can improve this." Genuinely horrifying. No one should have touched her lovely face.

The buccal fat thing is the worst celeb face trend going. They look absolutely freakish afterwards. Anya TJ went from looking a little weird in a cool way to looking like she can never be cast as a romantic lead. Sophie Turner looks terrifying; in fact she is no longer recognisable at first glance. I know God didn't bless us all with high cheekbones, but god's sake, just contour some fake ones on.

And they are all getting face work done so young, before their faces have even matured. They don't even know what they have to work with, later.

They are going to look absolutely horrifying at 60+. You can't get buccal fat back so they might inject their cheeks with stuff in the hope they stop looking like female grim reapers. We have something to look forward to over the next decades.

I wonder if dissolving the fillers would actually fix this? The fillers stretch the skin out so much she'll probably still look old just in a different way.
Apparently it's very difficult to dissolve after a few months because it migrates and becomes so entwined with the natural structures of the face that just sticking a needle in and injecting the dissolver becomes ineffective. It has to be done in a specialised procedure that involves mapping exactly where the filler has ended up and then guiding the needle to it by ultrasound, It's supposed to be very expensive and only a handful of doctors offer it.

That look is very popular here. The brushed up eyebrows, troweled on fake tan and ‘spatchcocked tarantula’ eyelashes with huge lips and bleached straightened hair.
It looks good on no one and it’s very ageing, but it’s a ‘look’ here.
In any British city on a night out you’ll see loads of women like this.
I would not have guessed 22, she looks far older. The lips look so big it’s starting to affect how she moves them.
Fake tan really is a bane on british society. I am forever grateful that trend only lasted a relatively short time here, it's like finding a unicorn now to see an orange girl but back when it was at its height every second girl looked like an oompa-loompa.
Instagram. Social media has really fucked with people's view of reality. Filters, lighting, camera angles, photoshop... the list goes on. Young, naïve girls think the pictures on their feed are real or they want to look irl how they look in heavily altered photos. New social media trend idea: full disclosure of every filter/app/whatever else you used to alter your selfie.

edit: spelling
I'd be on board with that kind of notice on Insta pics and the like, it's similar to having to disclose if your content contains paid advertising. The amount of people blind to filters and shooping really is staggering.

She really looks like she has been on a heroin bender for the past years thanks to that surgery.

That's actually the law in Norway.
Under the recently-passed rules, advertisements where a body’s shape, size, or skin has been retouched—even through a filter before a photo is taken—will need a standardized label designed by the Norwegian Ministry of Children and Family Affairs. Examples of manipulations requiring labeling include enlarged lips, narrowed waists, and exaggerated muscles, but it’s not clear if the same will apply to adjustments of lighting or saturation.
The law also covers images from influencers and celebrities if they “receive any payment or other benefit” in relation to the post, including on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter. Any violations are punishable with escalating fines and, in extreme cases, even imprisonment.
The move comes amidst continued public debate in Norway surrounding “kroppspress” (literally “body pressure”), which very roughly translates to beauty standards. In its proposal to the Norwegian parliament, the Ministry of Children and Family cites studies that found what it calls "body pressure," or beauty standards, to be pervasive and a contributing factor to low self-esteem in young people.

Just checked and we (Germany) have the same law in effect since 2022, i probably haven't noticed it because i don't use social media. Still doesn't include the millions of people, both male and female, who shoop their photos without it being tied to advertisement, so the warped perceptions will continue to fester.

Miley's been looking very horsey lately.

She's always had the gummy smile but I feel like her teeth stick out more. Like she replaced her old veneers with bulkier veneers.
Here's her in 2019 for reference.

She's of course has had a bunch of other shit done to her face. Including that dumb buccal fat removal.

She looks like a spooked horse now, that smile is nightmarish, so much teeth and gums showing, along with the crazy eyes.

Lately? :story: She's very pretty in the 2019 pics, sad to see the Necromancer's Curse claim another victim. Her buccal fat removal is a lot more inconspicious than in the other women posted ITT but it still looks like shit compared to before. On a second look i am not even sure she had it done, looks more like she hit the yayo a bit too hard and forgot to eat properly. It looks like it in the third picture but not in the first two.

Edit: Nah, fuck it, that third picture looks too unnatural to be anything else than the surgery.

Have any of you seen buccal fat removaled person in the wild? I did for the first time yesterday and it made me do a double take. Absolutely bizarre. Y'know, if you don't have high cheek bones, you simply don't have them. In a photo maybe it just comes across as gaunt and horsey, which is still bad, but in person it looks like you've got something terribly wrong with you.

What was the tell for you that they'd had the procedure and didn't have something terribly wrong with them?
I suppose context. Without PLing, there were some young influencers around, she was one of them, and there were no other tells that this is a person with a genetic issue and it was too symmetrical to be a tragic accident. Also, it truly is a distinctive look once you see it. Actually gaunt people aren't just gaunt right there, if you know what I mean. She was lean but not anorexic.

So. take it for what you will; but this reddit thread says basically there was a infection in the jaw and it spread.

I can't explain the arms, except maybe she felt she needed to do something with herself?

Looks like she also recently had a DUI/Accident while driving with a 1.5% alcohol content. (it was hard to find an English page).
Okay so, do we believe the jaw infection story? Because that specific kind of nose collapse is what the party girls would get from snorting too much coke. She was rich and pretty and has a sub-15% body fat as a female. I'm just saying it seems more likely.

Miley does not have the hairline to pull that off. It makes her forehead look weird and angular. The pic on the left looks better. Her face is too gaunt and her features are too prominent. The facial expression with the hair and the exaggerated facial features make her look like she belongs in a Netflix live-action anime remake.
