Probably the result of a mundane accident. I happen to be an injury magnet and once lost a canine to the back of a buddy's helmet in a training exercise. The Army fixed me up though, so I thankfully didn't look like a gap-toothed hick for long. The mystery is why Rekieta didn't get it immediately replaced. He had the money for it.
It takes time to get an implant, the whole process typically takes 9-12 months. First an extraction, wait months to heal, then they put a post in and wait months for that to heal, then finally they put a tooth on it.

So I have a question regarding the CPS stuff and its aftermath, and was wondering if some knowledgeable person(s) could weigh in. I have read that it is likely that the Crackeitas will be put on some sort of plan to get their kids back, and that the plan may very well continue after they get the kids back. (Sean mentioned this as well in one of his streams: that just because Nick and Kayla have the unconditional bail bond, that bond has literally nothing to do with CPS and what they will expect of the Crackeitas, and may involve pee tests, rehab, counseling and other assorted stuff I am sure they will enjoy very much).

Bearing in mind Nick's self-diagnosed children's affliction of ODD, and him thinking that he is by far the smartest person in the room, his apparent lack of contrition, or acknowledgement that he has even done something wrong, what is preventing them from going through the process, getting the kids back, and then leaving the state without doing the rest of the stuff (which may involve continuing pee tests, check in's and so on)?

Didn't he claim to practice Taekwondo before getting into cheerleading (to get the cheerleaders into Taekwondo no less)? I seem to recall him also bringing it up in a "I'd kick X's ass because I used to practice martial arts" context. I have a hard time believing this twig could kick anyone's ass.
Most people just do strip mall dojos that are useless for self defense and think they’re hot shit for doing it. There was some mma guy who was entering dojos and kicking everyone’s ass to show how useless many martial arts are. Boxing and Olympic wrestling are probably the best basis you can have for actual martial arts instead of whatever strip club dojo set up in small towns parents pay for their kid to waste a few hours at.

I’m pretty sure if you have an ongoing criminal court case that would have a major impact on regaining custody, especially if the crime in question is related to the kids in any way (which it is). No custody stuff would be settled until after the court case is.

CPS’ main goal (allegedly) is the well being of the minor children involved, and even if they wanted to reunite the family right now it wouldn’t make sense if there’s a possibility one or both parents may be sentenced to jail time.

this is not a "born into wealth" thing, you see the same behavior from tons of nouveau-riche upstarts too (splurge money on status symbols to flex on the poors)
it's also how rappers act when they hit big money from record deals
While Nick may not have been born into wealth ( I doubt he ever really struggled either), early in his life he knew he was going to be set for life without having to do any real work. He coasted from bank job to bank job, and went to law school - probably because it was a stipulation in the trust that he had to do so. He bucked around until ole gramps finally kicked the bucket and he finally got the life he was dreaming of. He got the money and got nigger rich.

This is alot of parents' goals for their kids. Alot of the kids in these dojos are shy and timid. Parents believe that Taekwondo or Kenpo or something similar will make their kids more confident. For the ones that this works at all for, they often become compensatory jackasses instead of just more self confident.

Did. (Depending on how much he gets from the trust after this sinful shitshow)

Nick moved far away from his parents and falls into this, if I was the parents I would have i’m in such a short leash he couldn’t turn around.
If and only if he gets clean and stays clean and submits to random blood drug tests.

He was kicking out cocaine Kayla‘s family in the other house, probably because of drama and didn’t want witnesses to his behavior, but did say he wanted more rent.

The parents really need to have some executor of their estate only give money to Nick on the condition of drug tests. Since as soon as they die any money he inherits will turn into cocaine.
If I was Nicks Dad after this bullshit I would entirely cut him out of the will and put the money in a trust that can only be accessed by the kids, or some kind of Foundation for something worthy.
Nick has proved he doesn't deserve and can't be trusted with it, he would piss any amount give up the wall and leave nothing for his own children.
I'd rather my money went to something or someone that deserved it rather than that faggot to hand it over to Mexican cartels for cocaine.

Or that one or both of them are still on drugs. Both of them apparently don't even know what county they live in, according to their court filings.

Well we all saw how it worked for Rekieta. I wouldn’t be surprised if, while in college, he tried to brag about how his fists are considered deadly weapons because of all his training despite his noodle ass arms.

Spending $80K on paintings that he leaves on the floor.
I'm not sure he bought all of them or even any:

A member of Nick's Locals, ThePromisedOnePS, has made two livestreams "destroying the narrative":

I was a rekieta viewer in 2018, does that mean I can pull rank and call this guy a fake fan now?

I also just checked. Anthony Fantano has privated the video he did with Rekieta which was my introduction. Just found that interesting.

If he completes the process and the case is closed.....there's nothing they can do. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut that's not likely to happen

Complying with CPS for 12-24 months isn't something Nick has in him.
-Drug tests
-Parenting classes
-Drug & Alcohol counselling
-Mental health evaluation (I'd love to read that: "Patient keeps lamenting over his childrens' lack of extra curricular activities")
-Mental health counselling
-Case Plan Reviews
-Monitored Visits
-Surprise home visits
-Court hearings
-Guardian interviews

No way he can keep a front up that long to that many people.

He was going back to the imholte house for his show only. He got speeding tickets 2 days in a row doing this. Him and april got 5 speeding tickets in a couple weeks. That's why Nick was gonna "fix" that last one.
Aaron got two speeding tickets close together in February but the time of day and location are not consistent with him driving back to make the show. He was driving around St. Cloud not around times shortly before the show.

April got one but it was back in January at 2:37pm. Not rushing back to make the show then either.

That said, Aaron admits that there were times they would have to drive back from Rekieta's house to make their morning show, and it was clearly even more the case for April. There were multiple times April was clearly just arriving at home as their 6am show started or was late in some cases.

Whatever really happened. Occurred the night Nick came on for 1 minute to cancel stream. Aaron also had someone do his stream that night. Telling him "johnny krutches" he was to tired.
That was April 11. Thursday. Aaron said that "I'm going to go hand out with Nick and his family today", using words like "I", before talking about April as if she would already be at the Rekieta household. He ultimately sent Johnny to do the evening stream by himself. Nick cancelled his show, I think the excuse was "migraine" but there were so many excuses I can't keep track.

It was April 12 (the Friday) where Nick had the weird stream where Nick came on very late looking close to tears staring at April in his corner saying that he had to cancel his show due to a serious personal issue. We don't know what it was that happened. It was suspected from the moment it happened that it had something to do with April because he was staring at the corner for half the minute long stream.

You lost Nick and Kayla at the first bulletpoint. Case in point - he paid bail just so he could do drugs and drink.

Nick can't do basic things. He can't do anything that requires work, much less somebody else telling him what to do.

He is an eternal teenager in a 42 year old cokehead body. In a word, USELESS.

Nearly everybody that was a fan of Nick before he started up Locals can intellectually, and probably morally, pull rank on this imbecile.

I have never seen a dumber collection of people in my life.

Crosspost from Aaron Imholte thread:

On his show today, Aaron claimed that Nick and Kayla wanted the Imholtes in to their old adjacent home which the Rekietas made vacant by forcing the family friends who were living there to leave.

Aaron also claimed Kayla told him that she wanted the four of them to raise their children communally as a polycule. He was concerned that other people would find such an arrangement bizarre, not least his ex-wife.

He quotes Kayla as saying: "I want us to be a family and raise all of our children together."

"April and I were supposed to move into that house!!!"

Oh, really? Lol

The money seemed to kick in for Nick once he got married. After he gets out of college and marries Kayla, she isn't working and they are living in a house I would say was beyond their own means from the point of view of Nick's probable income.

The other interesting thing is that one of the things Nick seeths about on a regular basis was having to live in Kayla's apartment at the very end of college. This is the poverty housing he complains about. It seems that while the money kicked in after he got married, nobody was giving Nick money to set up housekeeping with his girlfriend in the sort of style he thought he deserved.

As to whose money Nick was spending, that is a more complicated question that it seems. His father was a long-term and early employee of Cray Computer. He should have done very well out of the company being acquired by another company (SGI) around the end of the 1990s(?). Some of the money going to Nick at least in the early days of the marriage could have been his father's money.

I imagine going to law school was a rather easy decision for him. He didn't work (or there has been no proven employment) during his law school years. He was going full time. In addition to someone paying his law school, that same person had to be supporting all the expenses of the family at that time. Law school was to an extent a paid vacation from adult responsibilities for Nick.

I would have thought Nick claiming something would mean he thought it made him look good, instead of making him look like a complete piece of shit, but I probably should reconsider that.

I think Nick's tale makes him look absolutely awful, so I would take it as true, but then I remember he's such a gigantic retard he might have thought it made him look good, so he might have actually made up a lie that makes him look like a complete piece of shit, because he can't pick up on social cues and thinks it would make him look good.

So let me say you've just left me in a state of confusion. Nick boasted that he'd intimidated and bullied a female judge he had alone with him in an elevator. Maybe he actually thought that made him look good and it was a lie. Maybe it was true and he somehow thought that made him look good, for telling off that cunt whore of a judge with liquor dripping out of her vagina, instead of actually making the same statement on the record in court where it would have mattered.

In any event, Nick definitely thought it made him look awesome that he talked shit to some liquor-vagina whore judge.

Hope that works out for him in the long run.
He wants to look like a martyr/victim and lacks any insight toward how his comments or actions may make him look terrible to other people.
