I don't blame PPP for pressing Sean in that stream, Sean came off as sweeping
Sean clarified that he was speaking only from a strictly legal POV when answering those questions, and even PPP said (eventually) that he understood that and was taking out his frustrations on Sean.

That’s not a strawman. The claim was that there’s a conspiracy from the government to get Nick.

Potentially Criminal never claimed that so it is a strawman to bring that up to try to attack perfectly reasonable and objective legal points he was making.

I did watch it, twice in fact, and I watched your clips. Yes, he was Nose guarding and he co-signed Barnes. He attacked Nick, but a lot of they felt performative

You're completely delusional. You obviously just make up narratives in your head as you watch videos rather than actually listening to and critically thinking about what's being said.

Post the clip then, otherwise nobody knows what exactly you're talking about.

He genuinely looks retarded in these old photos. Also, what happened to his glasses? Did he get LASIK or something?

Those pics sure put a new spin on all his old college stories about “everyone wearing underwear” abd how much fuun they had and what not.

I’ll bet you there was a lot of fun and hedonism. Nick was just the skinny dweeb in the corner that everyone ignored.

Would also explain the weird way he talked about college.

Unlike healthy, normal men in their 40ies who look back fondly at their your youth, Nick always sounded like he’d go back in a heartbeat if he could.

And he really would. Except he’d go back as rich, popular lawtube Nick, who’d get ALL the pussy and that NONE of the guys would ignore. Which is basically what he tried to do.

Camelot may be a faggot, but he was right about one thing. Nick acted like a guy who had never recieved positive female attention before.

This is basically the core of it. Nick was a loser with a massive ego, when he got a bit of success it all went to his head and he finally got to live the American Beauty dream of his life he always wanted, completely ignoring that as a man with a wife and kids you can't go back and relive your crazy 20s without massive consequences.
That's maybe the things a lot of people forget. A 20 year old doesn't have their live sorted out yet, coke and booze is limited by their financial means and the fallout thereof is also limited to the meagre life they've managed to scrap together. At 40 like Nick you're not just looking at losing some friends and getting yourself into a bit of debt. You're looking at fucking up your family, your standing in the community, your career and the later years of your life.

I think his entire friendship with Coomalot was basically around his idealisation of Coomalot's life. A fit, not bad looking guy who has wild nights out and fucks a bunch of skanks.

I did, see below. Plus here's the stream the clips are from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0PncJFv5Qk

And here is Legal Mindset's first stream about Nick's arrest right after he had been arrested where he criticises both Nick and noseguards: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sePmAg-8r_k

I don't think you watched the stream, I think you just heard other people saying stuff and posted the link. Or if you did watch it you have some grudge against the guy and are deliberately taking things completely out of context. This stream was before any information had been released beside the charges and he asked both sides to prove the constitutionality of the warrant if they had an absolute belief in it either way. And he was simply reacting to Barnes's stream with legal arguments as to whether he had good points or not. Again, this stream was BEFORE most of the information had come out.

Here are 3 clips from the stream. Does this sound like noseguarding and just co-signing Barnes to you?

Here's a clip of him asking people on Kiwi Farms to make a thread defeating the 4th Amendment arguments against the search. He's not saying the warrant was unconstitutional he's simply offering a challenge to make legal arguments for ts constitutionality. (With the information publicly known at the time. As the warrant hadn't been publicly released when this stream was broadcast.)

Kinda like him and Dick?

Also note how he treats his guests. With Dick and Coomalot he acts like they’re peers or he looks up to them. With guys like Sean or Kurt there is always an undertone of bullying. Or the magnanimous bully if you will: “This guy is SO WEIRD! But we’re all friends here, right weirdo?”

And with women of course, Nick always turned it into weird sex talk, flirting or subtly dissing other men.

The guy never had an attractive woman come on to him before he was 30, and mentally never got over his dweeb days.

It’s really fucking pathetic.

Potentially Criminal or Legal Mindset? I'm going back in the thread but you just posted clips for Legal Mindset

Did you mean to say "Legal Mindset"?

To be fair, Kurt was always the odd one out whenever he comes onto panels with other lawer. He has a presence about him that just makes you want to shove him in a locker.

Kinda sad that Nick won’t be here to celebrate this holiday with us

Even though Nick said having 5 kids destroyed her body, didn't he also say the damage took years to recover from, but there was a recovery?

What I don't get about her body being destroyed, is everyone seems to think it was destroyed permanently, but we had Kayla a few years ago talking about how proud she was of her body and enjoyed showing it off.

So it doesn't seem the destruction was permanent.
especially because (from what we have seen) kayla never looked anywhere close to 'ruined' before last weeks crackhead mugshot.

like, it's one thing to say "yeah pregnancy fucked my wife up hard" if she ballooned up and got massively obese, but that's not the case at all. kayla always looked perfectly fine, probably much better and healthier than the majority of other women her age.

Nick said it about her. If you haven't watched the clip, it is in the new OP.
Also, Nick probably meant with her clothes off and in bed.

Yeah maybe the problem is Balldo is still heavily drinking, as in he's a degenerate alcoholic who's made no effort to stop. It's likely he's drinking more than before the bust as he has limited access to coke and meth due to not being able to travel to see his dealer and he needs to obliterate himself even more with liquor to quell the withdrawal pangs.
Thats my assumption as well, that the only thing they could of put up as a collateral for the bail to the bond agency is the cars.

His dealer is in Minneapolis. In the same state.

2. Youtube corner is going to be very awkward at Anime Matsuri this year (August). Nick is the biggest sign yet that it doesn't really pay to be in business with degenerates longterm if you're a "serious" streamer. I'm curious if Kurt will appear again anyway with his geographic proximity to try to "network". If Eric July attends again without Nick being present, it'll be funny af imo.
If they invite both him and Vic, they are the dumbest motherfuckers on the face of the Earth. Or just really desperate.

Vic can still draw fans, open wallets, and put asses in seats. As we saw (and specifically you saw) in 2023, nobody there gives a fuck about Nick anymore. In fact, the Vic fans might finally actively resent Nick after Vic cancelling his appearance on Stein, and the reasons behind that.

If Nick is invited, or signals his intention to go, I hope Vic cancels and AM feels really stupid.

He already hedged that he might not be able to go this year in his last (and only) LOCALS stream in May. 1/14 accomplished!

I'm betting, given Minnesota, it was hockey related.

Does this Rage Twig look athletic? IIRC, he claimed he lost it in Tae Kwon Do, but it would not surprise me to learn someone roughed him up for being a smug prick.

There was and Rekieta streamed a few playing sessions. He would do his Ron Toye voice non-stop while playing it. I can't find any of the videos anymore so I'm guessing he stealth deleted them at some point. I think he even had the dev on his show at one point.

Twitch auto-deletes content.

His Twitch streams used to be some good background noise, but now he claims they are not 'fun' and don't help him unwind after a show. I wonder if it was a comparison to cocaine and not objective statement?

If you're into wasting your money because you're non confrontational, yes.
getting confrontational with professional criminals is not a smart move if you don't have serious backup (which nick does not)
much smarter to just accept the loss as part of the cost of doing business in this field, and take your future business elsewhere

A member of Nick's Locals, ThePromisedOnePS, has made two livestreams "destroying the narrative":
I tried to listen through, particularly the second video as he appears to be going in depth on documents and some of his remarks and questions are very silly and delusionally funny.
But I can't deal with the whole thing, not when he says: 'nobody axes that', 'somebody should axe that', and 'I'm just axing questions'. How do you mess up a 3 letter word, I never understood that

This guy is vying for chief balldo-washer position but he's giving the worst defense I've ever heard. 16:54 in the first video, "The person who wrote this story - He knows how to write, like he's writing facts. But this is not a, this is a poorly written story. You gotta separate facts from story".

Sorry that the officer didn't take a creative writing class and was just writing down the facts of what happened...

Edit:
This video is actually hilarious. At one point he reads "a large corner cut baggie with white powder in it", and he says "what does that even mean?", I guess implying that it's not clear that it could be anything in the bag. He copy and pastes it into Google images and gets a bunch of pictures of cocaine lmao.

Black people routinely say "axe" instead of "ask".

Is this dude black?
