I agree that it is "designated x at birth," and I'm not sure if that's supposed to be the new "acceptable" title, but I love how they keep changing what we're supposed to call them. After awhile, everything becomes offensive, even the names they themselves come up with. It just exposes their ideology for the performative trend it really is. It also seems like a way for them to continually claim victimhood even as their formerly obscure mental disorders get normalized.A little late to the sad flopdog discussion but what on earth is dmab? Urethral lengthening procedures kill me because anyone who's made it past the first year of medical school knows that the urethra (and indeed, the urinary system from the renal pelvis to the urethral opening) is lined by a particular cell type known as the uroepithelium. It is found nowhere else in the body. No other cell type performs its functions, or anything close to it. Attempting to recreate a urethra from other tissues is absolute folly. Nothing else will be able to perform the same functions, everything else will ultimately fail. It is an impossible task, and anyone performing these procedures should know better.Or in any way, really. Rotdogs are incompatible with the natural female urinary system and its function. In order to get the affirming stand to pee pleasure they seek, pooners need new and longer urethras threaded through their rotdogs and hooked up to their existing plumbing. But that's a tricky business, and afterwards they often don't have the hydraulics to pee like a man. (Because women naturally have short urethras.) They often end up needing to "milk" their dogs dry or they get leaking. Blockages are a common problem too. Pooners who opt for the rotdog get alotta UTIs, bladder infections, etc., and can eventually get serious kidney problems of one sort or another if things get really out of hand.
That is true, but instead of complaining about it being futile and not working, we should celebrate their contribution to move Goebbels project forward.Urethral lengthening procedures kill me because anyone who's made it past the first year of medical school knows that the urethra (and indeed, the urinary system from the renal pelvis to the urethral opening) is lined by a particular cell type known as the uroepithelium. Same goes for making "vaginas" out of anything that isn't vaginal mucosa, though the risk of severe harm is markedly lower. Those usually fail by closing up. But mark my words, we'll be seeing malignancies forming in those colon-derived monstrosities before this insanity ends.
update on this dude. it looks even worse bottomsurgery2024Vaginoplasty - Dr. Hyer (Denver Health). Days 3-7
This is some of the most horrific things I’ve seen.
It kinda looks like it has teeth now
That reminds me of another redditor like this but the opposite. It was a mtf who claimed he was born with a vagina, but surgeons sewed it up after he was born and his parents hid the truth about his vagina from him for decades. He was a similarly bad liar to this pooner and both their stories are full of Hollywood inspired stuff that doesn't happen in real life.Redditors love their creative writing. And the coom. This post combines both. The excessive wordage and questions rather than statements don't feel very male to me. A phrase like "I am considering" in the context of this post is very female-coded.
link | archiveIt's been unclear to me if Dr. Hyer's initial results are unusually bruised or fairly typical of all surgeries. From my anecdata, my suspicion has been that people with more bruised results are reluctant to share those results, so there may be a selection bias in favor of pretty results.
Part of my goal with sharing these photos is to have people think about whether or not things should look super pretty early on, and also to recognize that bodies are pretty good at healing things. It's been very disheartening to have people think that bodies can't heal up and accuse me of stealing someone else's photos for my healed up results.

Is that the guy who says he can cum from rubbing his shoulder? I can never forget that factoid about one of the intersex fakers. That reminds me of another redditor like this but the opposite. Nono it doesn’t look like it has teeth. In fact, it’s healing really well! And at least he can dilate, depth is important!

Dr. Hyers work is so distinctive I can actually identify it by picture alone. Bowers doesn't have a lot of people posting results but his is like somewhere between the more regular methods and Hyers method. I'm sure Hyers has developed her own technique by now after her training. Her stitching is unusual and she always leaves a red raw looking spots near the urethra which Bowers doesn't. Dr. Hyers also does very tall vaginoplasties; like the area involved is larger and rectangular. It might not be that surprising to learn that our old friend, Marci Bowers, flew out to Denver to train the surgeons, including Hyer. @batteredpancakes, does this look like Bowers’ work, or worse?
Considering the original post by her was her complaining about being "misgendered" by a nurse I think you're right.I was already suspicious when she said her phallo feels the same as her "penis" used to feel like, the fact that its probably a girl larping as a schizophrenic male and inventing a story about cutting her own penis to justify having a phalloplasty makes this surreal.
Thats right ElephantDick, this procedure will be the one that works and finally gives you a penis like a real boy.Just a small update on ElephantDick. She had her new phalloplasty on the 23rd.
Obviously she's not gonna be posting updates like she did the first time but she has made some comments.

Phallo recovery really tests your limits, and you can know all the things about it but nothing prepares you to live it. I’m a little over a week post op now and spent five days in the hospital. It’s been so hard at times. There were days where I couldn’t do anything at all. And when I first got home every little task was hard. I couldn’t pick a paper towel up off the floor.
It’s been an extremely frustrating week for me too, but everyday gets a little better. My motto has been “pain is temporary, penis is forever.” And the view looking down has made it all worth it.
I wasn’t allowed to stand until day three and it was rough. And my catheter was so positional, I had to keep asking my nurses to move it around so it would drain. I know it sucks. Being able to start standing will make a big difference. They put a recliner in my room too and being allowed to walk to it and sit there for the day made me feel a lot better.
I would definitely do laser as well. I did laser on parts of my arm that didn’t have a tattoo, though I have a lot of blond hair so I’ll have to go back with electrolysis if I want to get rid of more hair. Laser takes a lot less time to clear an area cause you can do the whole area in one sitting, where as electrolysis takes 5ever because they’re pulling each individual hair out one at a time. My electrologist does laser too and said both are effective, just depends on the hair type.
Is it Asher? Last I checked you just cut off the last thing you referred to as a "penis".
Fuuuck why is it so dark and discolored?update on this dude. it looks even worse bottomsurgery2024
